I may be acting paranoid, but if the Government is looking to block every avenue that we pursue to make deposits and receive winnings, then is it really a good idea for us to be posting on a public forum how we're finding new ways to beat the system? I mean.... maybe you could mention that you have a deposit and receive method that works great and have anyone interested PM you! Just my thoughts! Reminds me of the first days of the Golden Goose games when everyone was hitting big wins, and some people who were making great scores on the game were posting some hints on the forum about what to look for just before the Goose was gonna drop a nice hit so that you could up your bet. Soon after that the Goose died and became nearly extinct from the Winner's thread

if someone is gonna go through the trouble of reading this forum, to gain info useful to a government case, then pm's or even encrypted email is useless. they will get that info as well.

For the most part, all the available deposit methods are listed in the casino banking sections, so they are not big secrets. Certainly not to government agents with no other serious crimes to investigate and million dollar budgets. They probably even have folks working undercover at the casinos and sportsbooks in Costa Rica finding all the loopholes (I hear its nice in down there this time of year) . Eventually (sooner rather than later) they are going to block every safe method of transacting and the processors are going to be prosecuted and turn over all their records.

Just to tell us that you found a new deposit method but you're not sharing with us? Then why not just keep quiet and not say anything at all? That would be a lot easier than telling this to us actually.

The purpose of a forum is to share and discuss stuff not hide it. If you are gonna hide what you said, then there's no point in saying it anyways. Am I right?

Its just a matter of time before all U.S. VISA an MC and all other U.S. Credit cards and Regulated Banks go down. Some have already done so voluntarily. Right now they don't have to worry about it. All Regulated Persons in the U.S. are immune to any action by the Attorney General. Until they receive the Designated Payment system (the regulations) after the 270 day period, they can make payments to the Casinos. Some Casinos are dropping the Credit cards because they do not want to take any direct payments from any U.S. Regulated Banks or Payment Processors because they are violating the U.S. UIGEA Law as it stands now. Others are more immune, and are not considering UIGEA applicable or a threat to them.

Soon, all avenues to pay or receive from the U.S. Financial Transaction Providers will be shut down. Although there is a chance some check cash-outs may be possible. UIGEA had to relieve banks from being held responsible for checks because it was impractical for banks to implement a check screening system. They will be asked to attempt to do the best job they can with checks and you can be sure the Banks will cooperate.

Funding With A Credit Card Isnt New

I have been funding with a credit card for years. You have to know which casinos do not code the processing as gaming. At the moment, Netspend which is a prepaid credit card takes just about everywhere. Im sure it wont be that easy much longer but in the meantime its not only easy its convenient too.

put in your zip code and find the closest place to buy one. I wouldnt recommend the loadable card at this point because it takes a week to get to you and it costs more. My feeling is that this option will soon be out the door with the rest of them, I saw on another board someone had inside info and knew they were going to not process gaming charges soon.

At least with the reloadable card, you can fund it via ACH, which will bypass the reload fees.
