Well, it's a Curacao casino so that's not great but it is one of the better Master Licenses (8048/JAZ) which is a reason to be hopeful.
You could try our complaints service --
here -- but I have to be honest and tell you that in the past FortuneJack has gone out of their way to ignore player complaints we submit to them. Yours might be the one that changes all that -- it happens, honestly it does -- but I thought you should know before you go getting your hopes up.
If you've exhausted your options of resolving the issue with the casino directly you could file a complaint at the Master Licensor directly -- Antillephone NV -- but TBH that course of action is very iffy due to them historically not giving a fat rat's arse about player complaints. Rumour has it that that is ever-so-slowly changing but that rumour will need a shed-load of confirmation before you, I, or anyone else should believe the hype.
Other than that your options are limited. Trying to shame them into doing the right thing by shouting your complaint onto the forums is always an option but TBH most Curacao casinos are impervious to shame -- because they are generally brazenly shameless -- and you could burn up a lot of time and effort with nothing to show for it.
I'm afraid the moral of this story is "Curacao is trouble", generally speaking. That said it's not unheard of for players to get satisfaction so don't give up hope until you're all out of hope to give.
Last words: to be fair some of the best people we've dealt with over the years have and continue to hold Curacao licenses, largely because they don't like being dicked around by other, more invasive jurisdictions. It all comes down to the individual operator: some are golden but many are turds, to put it bluntly.
@dunover can wax poetic on the subject of Curacao, see shitholecasinos.com for example. Also some good stuff here at Casinomeister:
