About 2 weeks ago I included a post about fortune lounge stalling my large cashout under the title "Very Very Bad Casinos".



Since the VPops is always prompt in resolving issues on this board, I feel its only fair to respond to my post now that 2 weeks have past.



I never had a problem with fortune lounge with my smaller cashins. Although the larger one took a little longer than expected, I know I will always be paid from this group.

I was paid promptly $5,000 and will keep playing with fortune lounge.

My apologies for jumping the gun, im just so use to having my cashin processed within 3 days (even on weekends) from them.

I would like to know why your cash in took longer than expected and would appreciate it if you could mail me your details.

We have recently started processing more regularly on a daily basis and there should have been no delay.

Weekend processing is still a problem due to our processors not being available over weekends but we are working on that too.

The size of the cash in should NEVER have an effect on the processing time.
