I had a bit of a problem recently with Platinum Play Casino, one of the Fortune Lounge casinos, and I felt the outcome of this should be posted here.
I have been a member of at least 5 of the casinos in the Fortune Lounge family going back about 4 years now, and after speaking by phone with Fortune Lounge support, and not being satisfied with their insistance about sending them 3 different types of identification documents for a $200 withdrawal (I have cashed out way more than that from Royal Vegas Casino numerous times without any hassle at all) plus the fact my recent deposits were made through INSTADEBIT, I contacted the Fortune Lounge VPOPS Wim, who has made himself available on numerous forums (including the Casinomeister forum) to help sort out any problems.
Wim responded to my original e-mail within ten minutes... Now THAT is good customer service!
I explained my situation, and Wim said he would look into this. Within 24 hours, Wim got back to me and said "Your withdrawal will be processed with no documents required at this time".
I checked my account the next day, and I was a bit annoyed to find that my withdrawal had "once again" been put back in my casino account.
I called support once again, and was told by the person I spoke with that he would look into this, as it did show in his records that this withdrawal had indeed been authorized to be processed. He said he would call me back within 30 minutes, if not sooner, with an explanation.
After waiting over an hour, with no return call, I again contacted Wim.
He apologized for the CSR not calling me back, and told me my withdrawal would be processed right away.
The money was in my bank account 2 days later.
Wim also corrected some details I had been unable to get support to correct in my Fortune Lounge Club account.
I was quite happy with the way Wim was able to help me with these issues, and to let people know if you ever have any "issues" with the Fortune Lounge Casinos... Wim will indeed help you to get them straightened out.
Thanks, Wim.
You have shown me that the Fortune Lounge group is a "Class Operation".
