Fortune Lounge Doubles Wagering Requirements

It is odd. I am having trouble getting them to tell me which games takes odd cents so I can remove them. I know about the Thunder something multiline. Not sure of any others.

FL,

Here is what I can determine for odd cents. I hope other players will correct any errors I have.

If the Player has Viper, they can play Thunderstruck, Big Kahuna, or Springbreak and get rid of any odd penny amounts. Fortune Room seems to be an exception as it doesn't have those games. The minimum wager I can find at Fortune Room is 25 cents.

If the Player does not have Viper, the minimum wager possible is 25 cents. Anything under a quarter they cannot wager. The quarters can be wagered at numerous VP and slot games.

These casinos have Viper with suitable gomes (the player may not be using viper though) - Vegas Villa, 7 Sultans, Vegas Palms, Platinum Play, Royal Vegas, and Desert Dollar.

These casinos do not have viper. Without viper the lowest wager possible is 25 cents. - Vegas Towers, Havana Club, Diamond. Fortune Room has Viper but minimum bet is also 25 cents.

FL, just to be generous - could you just waive anything under a quarter so we don't have to worry about what kind of software we have and what games take pennies? I would hate to see a player lose his bonus because he busted out except for odd change and didn't realize the one game that he could play it on.

Thanks,
Stanford

They should just make it easy like many other casinos do and just say everything under $1 is equivalent to a total loss for wagering requirement purposes.

I agree, especially sense the customer service people can't advice you as to the minimums on their games.. They just ask me to download all the games and look for myself. Downloading 60 games on dial up isn't something I relish :). Your right - not worrying about the small change would be a good idea for everyone.

You think FL is still watching this thread?

I imagine that Chad or Wim will probably see this latest item. If we don't hear anything in a few days, I'll drop them a note.

I have to side with love2vegas on this one. I am an existing member of Vegas Palms and a few other Fortune Lounge casinos. I received the exact same e-mail promising 300% deposit bonus. Nowhere in the email did it say it was for new accounts only and nowhere on the main page did it say that either. It simply said download now and get 300%. There was NO LINK to the T&C of this bonus on the main page anywhere near the bonus graphic. It didn't say, "special rules apply" and didn't even state what games qualified.

Now why would they send existing customers an email that says 300% bonus when it only applies to new accounts? That makes no sense at all.

I thought maybe I had to wager 1X first or wait 24 hours to get it. After 2 days and no bonus I scoured through the T&C page and saw that there the 300% bonus applied to new accounts only.

Horrible and deceptive marketing on their part. I won't be back.

Are you sure it came from them and not some scumbag affiliate? Do you still have the email? By examining the headers, we can tell exactly where it came from.

How can you possibly interpret that as NOT meaning "new players only"? Existing players don't need to download. That's just common sense. In the case of the slightest doubt, a phone call would have sorted it out.

Did you not read my posts where I pointed out that this was specifically memtioned in Vegas Palms T&Cs? I even included a screen shot of the terms "new players only"

No how more obvious can you get??? :what:

Me thinks some of you players need to start playing closer attention to what you are doing. This has been an extraordinary waste of time for something so explicit and "in your face". And Caruso makes a good point, why would a current player need to download the software?

Horrible and deceptive marketing? Whatever....sheesh!!

Vegas Villa and Vegas Palms upgraded to Viper recently. I got bonuses for upgrading. If the e-mail said something like "download the new viper casino and get a bonus", it would not be clear that it is for new players only, but a 300% bonus would make me suspicious.
