Some questions:

1. Were you contacted at all, by anyone?
2. How did you receive your funds?
3. Did you receive all your funds?
4. How long did it take to receive your funds?

My memory isn't really crystal clear as this was years ago... but allow me to give you what I can remember:

1). NO. If my memory serves me correctly, you had to log in and chat for an explanation which wasn't on the up and up at first. very, very similar to the EWX situation right now.

2). via bank wire just like as if I had made the withdrawal any other time. The only difference was that it was for a large sum.

3). Yes indeed.

4). I cannot remember exactly but I want to say it was around the 6 month mark perhaps?

I don't recall ever getting any notice from NeTeller, it was when I tried to make a deposit into my NeTeller account I found out. I had a small amount (around $30 if I am remembering correctly) in my account which they allowed me to move to a casino before I was shut out completely. Not sure if this is the kind of response you are looking for...

US players are no longer able to do withdraws with the ATM card. NeTeller has told us that they are currently tying to correct this.
As of last week NeTeller was no longer able to do EFT’s. In fact, any EFT withdrawal that was processed is taking very long and even being rejected. Players have told us that EFT transactions that were in their accounts marked as “approved” now say “declined”.

A recent call to NeTeller revealed that, “There is currently no way for US clients to withdraw funds.

We are confident that NeTeller is currently working to resolve this situation and will post any available updates as they are found to be factual.

The Company is using its best efforts to allow withdrawal requests as soon as possible and US customers will be able to sign in to their NETELLER account to request the withdrawal of their funds by no later than 30 July 2007. The exact date upon which US customers will be able to make requests will be communicated to US customers via email and through our website.

So those were the date lines then.
