I noticed Wagerworks (Getminted at least) have secretly sneaked in two new games... Two Las Vegas GIANTS!

Double Diamond and Five Times Pay. Anyone who has visited any casino in the City of Sin will be more than familiar with these all time classics!

Nothing revolutionary or spectacular, but fun to play exact replicas of the three reel, real world equivalents.

Double Diamond
"Double Diamond - one of the most popular slot games in the world! The Double Diamond symbol matches any other symbol on the payline and doubles any corresponding award. Two Double Diamond symbols on the payline earn you FOUR times the standard award amount. Get three Double Diamond symbols on the payline and you win the top award!"

Five Times Pay

"FiveTimesPay
Welcome to Five Times Pay one of the most popular high volatility slot games in the world! This game is for more seasoned slot players who don't mind forgoing frequent, smaller pays in their quest for bigger awards. And by bigger awards we mean 5x and 25x bigger! Three Five Times Pay symbols on the payline (with max bet) and you win the top award!"

With their 'no nonsense' no download software, the PHENOMENALLY quick payout times (instant neteller/one working day in your bank), ELVIS on the horizon (probably :p) and the continued faithful representations of Vegas classics - I'm tipping Wagerworks to grab the lions share of UK online business moving forward...

Wow- you'd make a good salesman. Your use of impulse words is pretty good-
I play those slots a lot at B$M casinos. When they pay, they pay well.

Wager Works is a blessing for those of us who miss Vegas. Texas Tea was one of the first slots I was turned onto - by Spearmaster no less. We were staying at the NY NY in 2001 - and I had never really messed with a multi-line slot before. Texas Tea was my first - and you never forget your first, eh? ;)

And then there is Texas Tina - she's due to be released soon. Can't wait. :D

:D

I agree! "Triple Wild Cherry" popped my, erm, cherry in Las Vegas - they put that online and I'm never going out! Fond fond memories of Five Times Pay and the Diamond family though!

Texas Tea though... jeeeeeeeez...... I'll just sit and watch this feature for 45 minutes before collecting my 600 coins :D It always seemed better sat in the MGM Grand for some reason...

3Dice has always had those slots.

They won't be the 'real deal' IGT though... Microgaming has "Couch Potato", which is pretty much five times pay - same deal for their double up slots... There's something a bit special about seeing the real graphics/logos and slot symbols from the originals - for those longing for Las Vegas anyhoo! :)

Those games are not the same as the 3-reelers at 3Dice.

These games are all over the land based casinos in the US and quite frankly I always thought they sucked, literally. Especially Five Times Pay - sure, you will "forego frequent smaller wins for the occasional big one" but what they fail to mention is that the definition of "occasional" means roughly once every ice age.

Those two games are cute.. hate to beat a dead horse, but where's the Elvis game we've been promised for a year?

Unfortunately, it's not ready yet. :(

When it does come out, I'll make sure you'll be one of the first to know. :D

Make sure you're a subscriber to the newsletter - I'll be announcing it there.

You're right, but when you line up two "Five Times" and a seven - it's very very nice! (Especially on the $10 slot, first right at the 'Monte Carlo' :D)

The cherry+5x hits pretty often too for 75 credits to keep you spinning!

I reckon E L V I S is the most anticipated online slot of all time!

EDIT: Just noticed something else about these slots... Unusually for Wagerworks, they don't publish any payout percentages... I always thought it was great the way they did that, strange they've not here... Maybe because they are such ENORMOUS Vegas slots, they don't want to give the game away! ;)

You should be able to view the payback information from the game rules link beside the machine, 5 times pay is 95.10, which is 5x 5x 5x 1:729,000 pulls.

They should have added some of the funner 5 times pays games, like 5 payline, triple, double, triple double, deluxe, double spin, etc. Kinda surprised me to see this, seeing as how most of the new games coming out now are concentrating to lower limits, higher coins, more reels, more lines, more bets per line.

I hope they add the multi-strike VP at some point. Their VP choices are poor compared to Micro and Crypto and the Phantom Belle VP has really shite payouts. Multi-strike would be massive.

Instant withdrawals?

Hi there. Which Wagerworks casinos offer instant neteller withdrawals? I tried to sign up at Getminted, but they dont offer Neteller, at least the registration form wouldnt go through without registering a credit card.

Thank you very much!

As far as I know, all WW casinos require credit cards - it's a method of checking your ID. Once you've signed up, Neteller becomes an option. I thought the same thing when I signed up at Virgin a year or so ago. I was whining that they didn't take Neteller - but they did - I just never signed up all the way

ooooh, I love double diamond. Im gonna go look at these even if I cant play

I just played double diamond and wheel of fortune, the dble diamond doesnt really spin like an authentic machine, the wheel of fortune does but I spent over $1500 of fun dollars and didnt get one bonus spin. I wasnt even playing max.

Thanks for the site, it does keep me entertained while waiting for a new card so i can play for real in USA allowed casinos

Jungle Sevens is like Couch Potato too - 5x and 25x .

Hi Dominique

It is so good to see you again! You have been very quiet lately- or very busy :)
Yes, Jungle 7's is one of my favs and it pays well when you can hit something. Lately though Couch Potato and Jungle 7's have been tighter than bark on a tree. Can't win nuthin' anymore at an MG casino

Thanks; I am however extremely unhappy about Getminted today, thanks to a dreadful piece of 'customer service'.

Taken almost all the fun out of a great hit, from a casino I deposit REGULARLY at.

Cut a long story short, there's nothing that frustrates and disgusts me more than a casino that's all fine and happy when you're making small - medium ish regular deposits, and small - medium ish withdrawals (less than the deposits of course!) Come to make a half decent withdrawal though and it all changes...

Depositing from and withdrawing to the same card - the card that you've used for months at the same casino, depositing and withdrawing...

They've handled a small issue in a dreadfully heavy handed fashion - leaving me extremely unhappy.

They've got 24hours to completely resolve this to my satisfaction... Should that not turn out to be the case, I'll post the full details on a seperate thread tomorrow.

Ironically, there's a good chance I'd have ploughed a load of my winnings back in!

In the meantime, I suggest Bluesqcasino or Virgin if it's Wagerworks action you're looking for - that's where I'll be playing this evening...

Update... Ok, I've received a very nice explanatory email from the security department - explaining the situation and assuring me that my withdrawal has been processed. I have no doubt whatsoever this is the truth as they've always been faultless in this regard, but I'll confirm when it hits my bank.

Anyhow - this was the issue...

I've played at GM for maybe a couple of years on and off, a lot moreso recently thanks to the great games you can now get at Wagerworks! Throughout my play, I've always used the same debit card for deposits and withdrawals - always to and from the same card (admittedly different incarnations as expiry dates/numbers changed etc!)... Throughout the past few months specifically, I've deposited a great deal of amounts varying from 20 - 200, with about 20-30 transactions per month (sometimes more, sometimes less)... I've also withdrawn similar amounts semi-regularly - with a maximum of about 500 in one transaction (I think!). The thing that always stunned me was how you could withdraw, and it would literally be in your bank account the two working days later... All automated.

Overall the last few months I was down... Not dramatically, but significantly down.

So then comes that lovely 7 x5 x5 hit... A 30 deposit, a 1.50 spin and a 2225 return... Lovely! I requested a withdrawal for a good portion of the win, and got the usual "expect to see the money in 72 hours message"... Six hours later I received an email from the security team explaining that during a "routine check" they had discovered my registered address did not match my banks address, and had I moved? Oops... Yes I have... So I emailed back immediately with the correct address that would match... (even though it hadn't seemed to matter previously!).

Here's the thing... Having then had no response for a few hours, I attempted to log into my account to see if there was any update and... "Your account has been suspended - please contact customer services"... What the!?!? No reply, no warning, no nothing - just suspended! I called up, and they explained that the security team were investigating and they would re-open my account as soon as it was sorted, along with processing the withdrawal...

I emailed again this morning... Nothing.

Then, just now, I received an email saying that everything had been verified and the withdrawal had been processed as requested - and my account was back open.

See, I totally understand the requirement for security checks and for casino's to hold the correct information; it's good business practice and a pre-requisite for a successful honest operation. The thing that really annoyed me was this 'random' security process the instant I make a nice hit, but moreover, the 'suspension' of my account with no warning, communication or anything!! Takes the fun out of a nice win.

Even if they'd just said immediately "listen, for your own protection as well as ours, we're putting your account on hold until we get the details correct and can process everything ok" - or just kept me informed?..

I dunno... I guess when you've been used to the 32RED level of CSR - you kind of just get spoiled!

Anyway -- to summarise...

1) Getminted have always been extremely reliable, and faultless in terms of depositing and withdrawing funds.
2) The Wagerworks games are some of the best on the internet - and getting better all the time!
3) Customer Service, whilst prompt by some casino's standards (24 hour turnaround total on this) are not within the 'instant' category us discerning players have come to expect.
5) What happened to 4)?
6) Keep your players informed. Whilst resolving this ultimately very amicably and correctly, speed and accuracy is everything in keeping the customer happy. I mean, I poured far more than I should back into a.n other Wagerworks outfit last night that, were I able, would no doubt have gone Getminted's way!!
7) 25x 7's eh? Get in :D

It can't be easy running an online casino; there must be thousands of people out there trying to stiff you out of money and basically not play fair. This makes it all the more critical that you love and cherish your loyal players like your first born -- and keep them coming back for more!!
