For Santastic Players Has Anyone Hit Jackpot During Regular GameplaY?

Hi,

I am trying to find other Santastic players who are familiar with the game. Also, want to know if anyone has ever hit the jackpot by lining up 3 "jackpot symbols" during regular gameplay.

I was recently playing Santastic at High Noon casino and lined up 3 jackpot symbols on Line 4 during 25 free spins and I did not win the jackpot. When I contacted them they repeatedly told me that you cannot win the jackpot during regular gameplay and oyou can win it only during extra "jackpot spins"

I have won the jackpot during normal gameplay before at Silver Oak Casino (which I played at before I knew it was rogue) so I know this not to be true.

Anyway, I am just trying to poll other players to find out if anyone else has ever won the jackpot this way because i love this game and want to continue playing it.

I have already followed this thread elsewhere. I believe some more information will help. ALso this is definetely not a question of whether Clubworld group wants to pay the jackpot or not, becasue obviously if it was considered a paying line then it would have paid.

The OP has already received multiple responses from the reps at the casino.
Here is the explanation for not being paid the Jackpot.

1. Game #****** was part of the 25 free games awarded by game #****.
2. According to the rules "Only "JACKPOT" pays or the Progressive Jackpot are awarded after a Jackpot Spin."
3. Since game #**** was not a "Jackpot Spin" but a Free Game, player couldn't be awarded with the Jackpot.

I do not blame the OP for trying to get some responses because quite honestly the rules of this game are quite confusing. Actually I really do think RTG did a shit job explaining the way you hit the jackpot especially if they say you cant hit it in "free games unless a jackpot spin".

1)underneath free games rules it does say that all wins are 3x with the exception of Progressive jackpot ---- I take this as I hit the jackpot, but it is not multiplied by 3.

2)In the main paytable it does say 3 Jackpots pay jackpot. ---- The payout being in the main paytable would leave me to believe that anytime I hit 3 Jackpots it is the Jackpot. Why the heck is the paytable no good later on.

I am still confused as to whether you get paid the jackpot on just a regular spin, because they are saying: According to the rules "Only "JACKPOT" pays or the Progressive Jackpot are awarded after a Jackpot Spin."

So does this mean do I not get the Jackpot on the base game if I hit the 3 Jackpots.

I have read these rules a few times, and all of them combined do have me confused, RTG could definetely do a better job of explaining the rules.

The ironic thing is that when you are actually playing a jackpot spin, it displays "extra jackpot spin playing"

I don't find anything confusing about the pay table at all. If you get 3 jackpot symbols on a played payline then you win the jackpot. During normal spins, free spins or Jackpot spins.

The ONLY thing that pays during jackpot spins are jackpot symbols, meaning other symbols don't pay during these spins and are greyed out.
All prizes during free spins are tripled except the progressive jackpot. This means you can win the progressive during free spins, but it's not tripled.
It shows the 3 symbols on a pay line on the main payout schedule as paying the jackpot, which means it pays the jackpot during normal games.

I would go down fighting on this one. Do you have a screen shot showing you had all 5 lines played? Are you sure you were not just playing 1 line?

I agree. I don't have a screen shot but I have the actual game numbers where I actually lined up the jackpot symbols. I always play 5 lines and was at the time. I also have all the online chats and emails from the casino but I am getting nowhere. They just keep telling me that the only way you can win the progressive jackpot is through a jackpot spin. Like I said, I have won the jackpot before during normal game-play so I absolutely know this is not true.

What i think happened was a technical glitch in the game because it happened during free spins and I still had a bunch of free games remaining. But I have been arguing my point and they just keep telling me the same thing, over and over again. I don't know who else to go to.

I did post this at the lcb site and the casino rep just came back with the same old thing over and over again --- "you can only win the jackpot during a jackpot spin and since it wasn't a jackpot spin, you didn't win" I felt like I was beating a dead horse.

Doesn't make much sense why jackpot symbols would appear on reels 1 and 3 if they were only win blockers? - Either they have a VERY poorly worded pay table or something glitched IMO.

I can assure you that we are looking into the rules of the game and all your comments. I already contacted RTG as soon as you raised your concerns.

Due to the games being provided by third party we can only rely on what they have in their terms and follow their answers.

This case is still open and I'm going to follow up on that so we will get full clarification on above game rules.

As soon as I will have any constructive answer I will update the thread.

I will give you a recent example from another thread where Jasminebed put it pretty well:

I think the customer's contract is with Intercasino, and the casino is responsible for paying the game as published.

Since I have too much spare time I went to play this game in fun mode at iNetBet. I checked paytable, played on, checked again to see if things weren't right.

The small picture below is pretty interesting.

When I have two jackpot symbols on a line, it pays 10 exactly as expected (yes, I saw it). If I have three on a line, what do I win then?

To every new player, of course they expect to win the jackpot. Base game, free spins, jackpot spins, whatever. This is expected.

But if we use the casinos explanation, what do we win if we hit three jackpot symbols in regular game? The logical explanation if not the jackpot is won is that it should pay 3 times the win of 2 symbols because there are three possible ways to have 2 js symbols on a line.

If this game not paid OP three times the win of 2 jackpot symbols, the game isn't paying as expected and it should be pulled right away!

When I read the paytable I expect to win the jackpot if I hit three jackpot symbols and that jackpot spins only are extra chances.

I understand your or Jasminebed quote. I didn't say that we do not take responsibility for the games as we do and it was proven on few occasions.

At the moment I'm trying to establish the exact rules and get the RTG to answer our concerns.

On rtg games you should be able to look thru history and see that screen shot unless its been archived (although maybe not in free spins)

Now we certainly know that the jackpot can be won in regular game. It does not have to be on a jackpot spin. The paytable tells us that the jackpot win isn't multiplied with 3 (all other wins in freespins are).

At no place at all the paytable tells us that jackpot can't be won on freespins. Also, why are those symbols there in freespins if they can't be a winning line?

It's not enough to change the paytable either, you still would have had a lot of worthless jackpot symbols in freespins.

Something went wrong when they designed it, that's for sure. Are Amaya involved?

To the topic here now, pay the player or pull the game. It doesn't work. Or pay the player AND pull the game. Redesign it!

I have just had an update form RTG, they confirmed that the JackPot can be won on; free games, base game or Jackpot Spin.

RTG are still investigating treadc’s game outcome and back tracking to calculate the random jackpot win, once this is done it will be credited to her account.

Due to this we have suspended Santastic until RTGs investigation is completed.

I do apologise to treadc for the issue and initially failing to understand it, however I will make sure the issue is fully rectified and no one else is affected.

Great news that you got an answer from RTG Karolina. I just hope other casinos follow your example and pull the game until the issue is fixed. I also am interested to know if RTG is going to check to see if this problem occurred in other casinos any other players effected can be credited too?

ClubWorld is a class act.

Obviously something went wrong, and Club World is doing the right thing here.

They are not claiming a display glitch, the symbols appeared, and they corroborated the player's gameplay.

They didn't pull out the Malfunction voids all play give the OP back the dollar or whatever they bet. Obviously it was a malfunction in that it didn't pay the jackpot, since it can be won.

The player won the jackpot, and after suitably investigating it, CWG is paying it.

This is exactly how it should have been resolved.

Congrats to treadc on your win, and kudos to CWG for stepping up to the plate.

I hope all RTG casinos look to make sure their game is functioning correctly, although it seems some either are or were.

I'm afraid that RTG had to pull this game out some time ago for additional rework. I do not have specific time when the slot will be back but we are hoping that it will appear shortly.
