I think i speak for many of people at CM - thats too long for me to wait for my withdraw. Where our other options are 1-3H withdraw being prossesed. I think to have a competitive business you have to see what's makes those popular site so strong and its simple they listen to players.

Just a head up on this, i mailed support last night and asked them to manual flush my withdrawal, but this is the answer i got, so either support dont know about it or they dont flush :)

For withdrawal processing time it is a standard procedure that each withdrawal requests will be on pending status for 1 to 3 business days. This would give enough time for the Payments Team to check and verify all necessary information regarding the withdrawal request.

Once approved, you need to allow an additional period of time for the funds to reach you depending on the payment method used.

For NETeller, it will take up to 24 hours for you to receive the funds before the amount will reflect on your bank account.

Not the waiting im asking about even though i think 3-4 days is way to long since im not in US :)but the manual flushing cause it says in the accredited section "Manual Flushing Yes, contact support" so i did and mainly to speed up the payout process :) was perhaps hoping it would hit my Neteller account today if its flushed :cool:

i was told via there sister site omini that they do flush including weekends )))

So in other words, you can freeze the account, so that you can't lose your winnings, but doing this won't speed up the process at all, and it'll still be 3-4 days to get the money, even into a wallet (neteller, moneybookers etc.) ?

What i was thinking, i dont ask to be flush so i wont reverse withdrawals, i do it to speed up the process :) i think there is a big diffrents.
anways sorry to hear Playtech aint very supportive in this matter.

Once we have the correct documentation to verify the members identification we will always do our best to get a withdrawal processed in the quickest time possible. Generally withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48hrs (sometimes quicker)

Pretty terrible casino if you ask me. Support that pretty much doesn't have a clue, and just keeps annoying you with their pop-up chat in the middle of bonus rounds, and hidden promotions with a 10x max withdrawal that they credit even without asking.
 
Just one comment.
While I don`t like to complain, my experience with Fly has been my
gaming low point of last year.

Made a rather sizable deposit, and misclicked the Accept bonus button.
Spent a while trying to reach support to get the bonus removed.
Got fed up and started playing. I have only wagered a couple of euro,
when support came online.
Asked for the bonus to be removed, and you guessed it. Not possible.
Even though I was miles away from touching the bonus funds.

Busted out, obviously, but that is beside the point.
The point is, you play your real funds first, and from where I am standing,
it shouldn`t be a problem for support to remove bonuses` at any point.
Or reset balances, if needed be.
