Reverse Time: 48 hours - Cashout Time: 24-48 hours. So we are facing between 3-4 days for withdraw?

I think i speak for many of people at CM - thats too long for me to wait for my withdraw. Where our other options are 1-3H withdraw being prossesed. I think to have a competitive business you have to see what's makes those popular site so strong and its simple they listen to players.

But they flush upon request, that would knock out the reversal time. They also have weekend payouts and no withdrawal limits.

Just a head up on this, i mailed support last night and asked them to manual flush my withdrawal, but this is the answer i got, so either support dont know about it or they dont flush :)

This is Glenn from the Fly Casino Support Team.

For withdrawal processing time it is a standard procedure that each withdrawal requests will be on pending status for 1 to 3 business days. This would give enough time for the Payments Team to check and verify all necessary information regarding the withdrawal request.

Once approved, you need to allow an additional period of time for the funds to reach you depending on the payment method used.

For NETeller, it will take up to 24 hours for you to receive the funds before the amount will reflect on your bank account.

    Kind regards,
    Glenn

As a US player it would be a pleasure playing at this casino if they are in the same group as Omni and their old defunct sister casino Sands of the Caribbean , which I truly loved: )If the withdrawal time is 3 or 4 days speaking as a US player only that's not too shabby of a wait:thumbsup:

    Hi Viking, (not Glenn :))

Regarding "flushing" at Fly Casino and Omni Casino.

It is a service that we do offer, however it is not automatic. Members that wish to have their funds (progressives or otherwise) "flushed" may contact our 24/7 support staff via phone or via playershelpATflycasino.com and request their account frozen until the cash-out is completed.

Although this is not really "flushing" the account, it is a common routine with our members and the best we can offer at this time that meets the same goal. To be blunt, we would love to offer a manner to flush out accounts while the cash-out procedures are being performed. We have asked Playtech countless times to help us in this area by building us a system which will allow this. To date, this function has not been presented to Peak Interactive.

If you care to have your account frozen during your cash out, please contact our 24/7 team and make a request to have your account "frozen until cash out is complete." It is a common request that we handle everyday for our members.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

    Warm Regards,

    OC Elliott.

So in other words, you can freeze the account, so that you can't lose your winnings, but doing this won't speed up the process at all, and it'll still be 3-4 days to get the money, even into a wallet (neteller, moneybookers etc.) ?
Am I getting this right ?

    Hi LaHutti,

Once we have the correct documentation to verify the members identification we will always do our best to get a withdrawal processed in the quickest time possible. Generally withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48hrs (sometimes quicker)

Overall we try to give each of our casino members the best service we can.

Thanks for posting if there’s anything else I can help you with feel free to ask.

    Warm Regards,

    OC Elliott

Pretty terrible casino if you ask me. Support that pretty much doesn't have a clue, and just keeps annoying you with their pop-up chat in the middle of bonus rounds, and hidden promotions with a 10x max withdrawal that they credit even without asking.

    Just one comment.
While I don`t like to complain, my experience with Fly has been my
gaming low point of last year.

Made a rather sizable deposit, and misclicked the Accept bonus button.
Spent a while trying to reach support to get the bonus removed.
Got fed up and started playing. I have only wagered a couple of euro,
    when support came online.
Asked for the bonus to be removed, and you guessed it. Not possible.
Even though I was miles away from touching the bonus funds.

Busted out, obviously, but that is beside the point.
The point is, you play your real funds first, and from where I am standing,
it shouldn`t be a problem for support to remove bonuses` at any point.
Or reset balances, if needed be.

Regarding the above, logically speaking they should have no problem removing the bonus as long as you aren't above your starting amount, but reality and logic don't always coincide.

(Posted about the progressive withdrawal here instead of the other thread by mistake, as that's where it was more discussed, copied my response over here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...-casino-baptism-fire-thread-4.html#post604438)
