Flushes are not real flushes at Go Wild Casino

Apparently, flushes are not processed shortly, as promised by CS, because their finance dept. is not available 24/7. At All Jackpots for instance, CS is able to flush withdrawals immediately. Quite surprising because I remember reading here a thread from the Go Wild rep mentioning that flushing is one of the things they can do... What is the point of being able to flush, when it is not done within 1 hour at the least? BTW, I had asked for the flush around 19.15 hrs CET.

Me: not happy with that at all... in fact, you do not provide flushes, right?

Me: So, why does your rep say so?

Me: flushes are supposed to be possible 24/7, not only when your finance dept is available

Me: So, in fact there is no use asking for a flush...

Me: And why is CS at All Jackpots able to flush withdrawals without the assistance of the finance dept?

CS: This is the way we work, i'm sorry you are not happy about it , if we could do that we would, the fact is that only finance can flush it , and then are not working 24/7, I understand your frustration and i assure you it will be done by the morning

Please note that we always have someone available at our Finance department to assist with flushing withdrawals. We've done it many times in the past.

Please help me investigating this by PM me with the agent in question and your account number and I'll take care of it.

This is not the first time, that this has been brought up, and when I brought it up som weeks ago, you told me/us, that it would be changed, so flush requests would be handled immediately. Having to wait for your finance department, for god knows how long (in fact ANY amount of time), is just not good enough, and defeats the purpose of "flushing".
As OP mentioned, it is possible in other MG casinos, to flush instantly (32Red, AllJackpots) ... why not GoWild ?
Besides I don't think you should announce, that you flush, when you in fact don't.

hi yes i had the same problem aswell a few weeks ago , nobody there in finance so i just waited until following day to which i was paid which is still quick anyway , at least there paying & not holding out for days at a time.

Hi,

As mentioned, our finance department is always available to flush withdrawals when needed, as it was the case tonight, your winnings were flushed within couple of minutes after you've sent the account details.

I will personally look into what happened tonight, however, please note this was just an isolated case and we are always here to assist you in no time whatsoever.

Thanks for your kind explanation Gia. Oh, and the funds were in my Neteller account by 11.15 CET this morning after I withdrew them last night at around 19.15 hours.

This is my first withdrawal. Kudos Go Wild!

Irrespective of the delay every now and again, I just wish more casinos would flush. It should be basic customer service if a customer asks for it IMO. I think some kudos should go to Go Wild for at least offering it.

This is one reason why I've always liked Wagerlogic casinos - click the withdrawal button and it's gone.

but you dont really flush the withdrawal do you ? i think last 3 withdrawals at gowild i mailed suppoer and asked them to flush it all 3 answer back that my request had been forwarded to finance department,so really all it does is speed up the payment, dont get me wrong i got paid on all occesions within 15 hours but every time the withdrawal was avalible for reverse right up until the payment was executed :)
but apart from that i will keep on playing there as i think gowild is one of the finest casinos around :)

I love GoWild Casino as well. Just very strange its the only casino out of around 50 i play at. That I havent managed to make a withdrawal, not even been close to make one ;( :confused:
Guess I am just very unlucky.
But looking as so many deposits last couple of months. I am starting to wonder :mad: :(

Sorry Gia, but this was not an isolated case. I've been trying to get my winnings flushed for the past two days! I asked via email on Tuesday night and was sent a reply stating my email was forwarded to Finance. As usual with Go Wild for me, I got absolutely no reply. To add to that, they did not even remove my winnings after the standard 24 hour period. So I played a bit more (couldn't resist, lol) and actually added to my winnings. Once again, I asked to get it flushed last night. Got the exact same "form-letter" reply from CS (word for word), which adds that nice personal touch:rolleyes:. That type of form-letter reply frustrates the crap out of me because I suspect nobody even read my email! Again, no reply, no flush. Now I'll just wait for 3 more hours to see if my winnings will be removed automatically after the 24 hours elapses (some of it's been there for 48 hours).

Well, to be a winner, you first need to get paid, lol. They still have not removed my winnings, most of which has been there for more than 48 hours. I guess I should not have asked to get it flushed, lol. Must have upset them. I never take a bonus, so there is no excuse for them not to process it. Do they restart the 24 hour clock every time I login to check my balance or what? Here's my last live chat conversation:

Teresa: Hi! Welcome to GoWild :)
Me: Hello. I have a pending withdrawal that is not getting processed. Most of it has already been there for about 48 hours. Can you please flush my withdrawal and process it immediately?
Teresa: Well, I will leave a note on your account and my colleagues from the finance department will pay a special attention to it :)
Me: I've sent two emails the past two days to get this done, and apparently both were already forwarded to your finance dept, but nothing has been done yet.
Teresa: Why do you think that nothing has been done?
Me: Because the funds are still in my account
Teresa: Please not6e that sometimes it takes a little bit more time!
Me: Normally it takes 24 hours. Most has been there for 48 hours.
Teresa: I understand you. And I will personally contact the finance department when they will be awailable

Sent a reminder email to Finance this morning because Teresa did not "personally" take care of anything. As expected from Go Wild, no reply. I then forwarded my issue to the Manager (Melissa), who flushed my winnings within minutes. Unfortunately, it will probably not get processed until Monday now, but at least it's done. It's quite of bit of money, so I was worried that they were hesitant in paying out (deposited $100, won $8300). You hear of so many horror stories and it makes you think too much sometimes, lol.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I just won £800 on Go Wild and asked Live help to flush it, she said she couldn't as it was a Sunday and no finance in I asked if she could remove it so i couldnt reverse withdraw she said she couldn't as it was was my money.

So do Go Wild flush or not?

Quick easy solution and no need to pull up such an old thread. Ask them to block your account or keep putting in wrong password will automatic lock your account. And tomorrow you can get them removed straight away. Or just email support and asked them to withdraw whole balance to prefered payment method. :thumbsup:
