Short Update:

The FlipperFlip Support contact me and said, that my withdrawl is processed (to Muchbetter). I didn't receive it actually and I contacted the Muchbetter Support. They said, there is no payment to my account. I contact the FlipperFlip Support again for Muchbetter TransactionID.
I Check the FlipperFlip Website and there is no more Muchbetter in the Deposit / Withdrawl Options... :-/

I hope, I get my money :-/ .

Short Update from our side :))

FlipperFlip went off from EveryMatrix way short time ago and due to some re-works there are some tech problems like that.

It will have been fixed way soon and MuchBetter will be available.

The payment has been approved on our side so the payment is being processed. We're working on it and always open to find new alternative ways due to such situation like that. As an example, there is an option to withdrawal via another payment method to make it quicker.

Money will be delivered for sure, via this one or any other payment method so there is no reason to worry :)

Short Update from me:

I got a payment ID from FlipperFlip Support. I send it to the muchbetter Support and I become the following answer. They send me the wrong payment ID. I contact again the FlipperFlip Support to send me the right number.

Short Update:

I didnt get the right ID - but my Money was back in my Casino Account on 12.09.2021. Muchbetter was available again as Payment / Withdrawl Option. So - I start a new Withdrawl to Muchbetter. The Status of my withdrawl is "pending" since 12.09.2021. I send a Mail to the FlipperFlip Support to ask if everything is working again and when I can expect the payout. I haven't received an answer yet.
