Played with a bonus credited my a vip manager, deposit bonus. After wagering I was left with 2100 cad. System Automatically updated to 1200 cad.

Went on chat and found out about this term from chat agent. 1.23

"1.23 When using a bonus, the maximum resulting real money win, upon wagering completion, is limited to €2000. "

You are right, it is limited to 2000 EUR. Not more than 2000 EUR, but it depends from bonus amount. I'm deeply sorry that you didn't know this information and I didn't tell you about that. Hope together we will also get a good solution, as a cool bonus on your deposit

My 2100 cad is no where near 2000 euro. I am only left with 1200 cad. I'm devasted. Offers me a bonus in compensation. Wow !

After reading these terms, you should be done with them. Taking a bonus there = problems and/or depression and/or getting robbed.
