Just joined First Web today and say there having problems with bonus and can't tell me when i will recieve it. I wish i would have know this or recieved a e-mail about it, how long shall i give them.

Well, tell that to them. I got banned and mentioned it in a thread way back. Since then I have made Gold VIP at Fortune Lounge and Casino Action and never have heard from them again since my banning from all promos.

Dozer, this is not acceptable although it sounds like a badly briefed or inexperienced CSR. I would demand that this is escalated to a supervisor or manager.

They are certainly one of the best casinos, I think. The problem is
that the image of the "salesman" on the homepage or the software
is too weird and I always want to get that man off my sight. :lolup:
Anyway good to hear you received the bonus.
