FirePay Contact Number

Hello, does anyone have a contact phone number for FirePay? I am having difficulty getting a payment issue resolved thru their e-mail contact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank-you so much for the contact number slotchick. I called and they would not let me speak to anyone since the number is for merchants only. I have been very frustrated with firepay. I received a payment right away from mummysgold (They are great!) and received an email from firepay that a successful payment was made to my account, however, when I logged in it showed 0 balance. I contacted thru e-mail, they said it was successful, however, still no balance showing in my account. Several emails later, and now they say its been escalated to someone else. This happenned on MOnday. Todays Thursday, no clue and no further response. Made $700 on $25 deposit. But who knows if I will ever see it...

Thats odd. I've called that number before as a customer, not a merchant and they've always helped me. Try emailing them at info@firepay.com
