Finally, I had enough of MG. So Where should I go?

(Sorry for my poor English.)

The whole weekend of play, 5K of my job bonus money went down smoothly.
I finally felt that I had enough of MG slots.

I had been playing at 5 - 6 MG casino, still the alljackpots is the best.
They have the best payout Thunderstruck. Here I say "thank you alljackpots".
Checking my bankroll, I totally lost $53170 on Thunderstruck in 2007. (I only play Thunderstruck:oops:).

I stop playing MG is because I see what is coming of MG slots.

(1) Recently, I have been noticing more and more "near hit" in Thunderstruck. But the actual winning features become less and less.

(2) Every time I hit a good feature, the "dry spell" kicks in and bring my balance down to where I comes from. This happens in every casino, so I think this is a function in MG software:confused:.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I know without MG games, my life will be boring, so I ask fellow player which casino/software will be a good option for a real hardcore slots player. Thanks in advance. (I play at least 2 - 3 hours every day.)

Take this change to wish all fellow players Merry X'mas and happy new year:D.

i have always had great luck with rtg casinos, some like them and some dont but they have been lucky for me.:D i may change my mind and next year will be a great time for me with mg slots but for now ill stick to what i know and have the best luck at......................laurie:)

definitely give 3dice a try. it will be a nice change for you and even though you can hit the same kind of bad runs, you will most definitely hit some great ones as well. if you play a lot, you will easily notice the difference. i'm a low-roller, but they treat me better than a low-roller should be treated. :D

i would try it for lower stakes to see if you like it and if you have any questions, their support will suprise you

if you need more variety in games, maybe try inetbet as well. i've never done well there, but they have a good reputation and probably are the best rtg. no live chat is kind of a bummer.

AND merry christmas to you as well!!!!

I stop playing MG is because I see what is coming of MG slots.

Believe you me, you will experience the same in the other casinoes aswell. Be stronger than me, do not keep going on another casino!

Take the money, but yourself shit, have fun and hit the pubs or something. The sooner you remove yourself from the online casinoes the better!

I have lost a sweet fortune with the same experience as you at MG, RTG and 3Dice. Once you start hardballing the bets and go high, and since you wagered 5K I guess we are pretty much alike, you are not looking for a $100 win...

So if your up to it, take the chance to NOT install any new one!

Merry christmas!

Hmmm.

That was nasty. I would suggest you change to playtech and try their progressive jackpots. Those that I have in mind are Fruit mania, Wall Street and Cinerama. The bets are fixed at $1.25, 0.50 and 0.25 per spin respectively but the rewards could be enormous. I think Cinerama once paid over $200K for the progressive. With your banroll you could play for many hours. The graphics are excellent and there are feature modes on all of them. It should be a nice change from MG and shoudnt affect your bankroll that much. However, only trust those in the accredited section.

Thank fellows. Advice seriously taken and stop MG for a while.
I find it hard to believe no-one else has mentioned it - but I would definitely say go for Cryptologic, specifically Intercasino or William Hills.

They have some great new slots, and also some great old ones if you don't mind the low-quality graphics.
My favorite old ones are Hampsteads & Love Bugs which often give good feature wins, Lucky Lady which always pays well on the feature, and Daily Horoscope with the (rather easy) true-skill feature which guarantees 45/1 payout on the feature.

Good luck!

Sorry

Sorry to hear about your losses but has as already been stated here in my experience different software or Casino makes little difference as to the general pattern of long bad losing streaks after a good win.

Even if the games were genuinely random (which they aint) then you would still be losing a good sum of money every Year.

The only chance you have of winning on slots is to play progressives and hit the Jackpot in your first Year and then quit for life ;)

If you are just in it for the entertainment then I would suggest Bodog (RTG) as their payouts are equal to any other Casino I have played (and thats a lot) but also they have a generous cashback loyalty program which is based purely on wagering win or lose.

It is nice to have some free money appear in your account every week that has no playthrough requirements attached to it.
One thing though, make sure your Casino balance is zero on Thursdays or it doesn't seem to go in to your account.

Of course the best advice here is to spend your cash on something else.
Anyway good luck and merry xmas.

really ??? bodog must have changed their policy. used to play there a lot then everyone hit that month long bad streak a while back. i took a beating as well. finally had an opportunity to cash out a little over $2000 after losing much more. i had played so much i was guessing i would have enough comps to play for a while.

bodog told me that you only get the 10% if you LOSE. my comps for some extensive play over 2 weeks was: $0 (because i cashed out)

i posted this somewhere else, but that's what made me close my account... not the losing streaks, but being told that "your play means nothing to us unless you lose!"

i'm glad to hear at least they got at least that part of their act together!!!

If you feel like taking a break from Microgaming I would personally suggest any WagerWorks like BlueSQ, GetMinted or Virgin Casino.

Great slots from the masters themselves (IGT). Great graphics and sound, very fun to play. Great loyalty scheme too. Check them out if you haven't already.

Give 3 Dice a try!

Thanks fellows.
I closed all my accounts in MG and go for 3 dice.
A small bankroll to try out on their 3-D slots.
Looks really nice.
I am currently playing in fun mode.

Meanwhile, play some BJ at Star City.

Anyone been there before?
It is land base casino in my home town (sydney).

Has not been there for a while, real dealer feels better:lolup:.

Hi oyw7862,

I'm in Melbourne so we've got Crown Casino, but I've been to Star City, laid bets at most Australian Casino's.

Being an X slots high roller, the advice I'm about to offer you is probably not what you want to hear, but, I'd be listening to others and I'd be giving it a rest for a while.

I pulled up on the 3'rd or the 4'th of Oct 2007 after realising I'd blown over 70K US in a bit over 12 months. I'd much rather be looking at a new BMW in the driveway than an empty bank account right now.

The positives out of this is that two months down the track my time is not taking up with thinking about my next win. I'm not hearing those slots ringing in my ears and best of all I've got some cash back in my bank account, instead of the casino coffers.

I did play a couple of times last week, but at a fraction of what I'd usually drop and my bets did not exceed $2.25 a spin, most at either .45 - 90cent spins. My $100 went a long way and I had some fun.

Anyway, my personal advice is give it rest for a while. Once the initial slots withdrawals fade you awake with a clearer objective on what is important in life.

Cheers

Trezz

Bodog

Hi Hippo I have sent you a PM regarding Bodogs loyalty program which explains how I cashback win or lose.Works for me at least

As regards long losing streaks, for sure they can be pretty vicious but then again they are often followed by lovely winning streaks.
The trick is to sniff them out and play lower stakes rather than chase your money.Logging out and going back later often helps.
I find sticking on one slot during these runs is the worse thing you can do.
As I say I find all software streaky to lesser or greater degree (stand out from the obvious ups and downs, true slot players will know what I mean) but overall Bodog has consistently had a high 90's percentage payout where as other RTG and MG Casinos I have played have been nearer the mid 80's
I guess we can only go off our own experience and mine is that I get more game for my money at Bodog maybe it is different for everybody?
Merry Christmas everybody!
