Finally fully ininstalled Bovada

    Well here is my monthly rant. Finally officially uninstalled Bovada, im just done with them forever. I emailed them one of their new games was not loading they emailed me back that the problem was not on their end and "no one else has complained". That is always their excuse, ever heard of first complaint. All of their other games loaded except event horizon. Then i found ALL my comp points gone with their recent update, they apparently changed their policy without informing anyone at least according to the email i got from them. So now im officially done and sticking with All Star Slots and Buzzluck.

    Bovada customer service is a joke. How about saying "ok we will look into the issue and get back with you" or "we apologize for the inconveniece but our policies have changed". Just done with them, I guess as long as they keep raking in the money they really dont care....well this is one persons money they will not be getting anymore. I was going to uninstall them after the Gypsy Rose game incident where i told them the font was too small for people to see what they were betting and they were like OH WELL. Gave them one last shot it was the last shot they got.

    I think I tried them out, but got quickly tired when I realized most of their poker system is rigged.

    Yes its the one with poker. They actually called my home (Probably the rep) after this post went up and sent me a message on here. And while i appreciate the fact that the rep on here is trying, there honestly is only so much a player can put up with and my decision remains. They screwed themselves out of an honest player. If they change their customer service policy to actually listen to customers/players and restore my comp points I may consider reinstalling the game and playing occasionally.

    I told the rep, even if the mistake or issue is on my end (which it wasnt) i verified that like 6 times. Telling players that "no one else has complained' is complete BS, not everyone has the same computer system and both shockwave and Adobe flash crash a lot due to constant updates (honestly not sure how those two companies are still in business.

    Bovada needs to take the approach of Club World (Karolina) when dealing with players, even if the problem is on the customer end they take the time to look at the problem and see if its an issue. When there was major issues with Orc Vs Elf in All Star Slots, Karolina looked into it and sure enough was an issue that needed fixed (granted now the payouts take forever i should have shut up lol) but at least its working properly.

    Another issue i contacted them about was Gypsy Rose, the print for the bets was sooo small you need a magnifier to see what you are doing unless u have a huge monitor, they emailed me back that they ahve no control over the games and its on the developer end. UMMM, true but only in part, they can fix it so it can be seen and if not the u find a fix. Yes im still ranting about them i feel like years of being a loyal and honest player to them meant nothing to the customer service people.
