Question Figuring out RTG games.

I just got "raped" again by an "accredited" casino. I can accept that sometimes RTG games have excruciating losing streaks. When it is every game on the site and then the average bonus game is less than 10X the bet, through hundreds of dollars played, I call it thievery.

Which brings me to this. "....With the slot machines, there are multiple unknown settings for the return percentage. "

The casino operators have a large investment, if they "raped" everyone they wouldn't be around long as people would stop playing there and they would lose their investment.

Perhaps if we honestly share how and what we are doing we can figure out these "unknown settings for the return percentage".

I spend around $1,000 a month, though recently less as we have a new local casino. Rarely do I deposit over $50 at a time. My average deposit is roughly between $35 and $40.
I start my betting at $.50 or $.60 mostly. Seldom do I take the bonus coupon. (I use to take them but only about twice did I win enough to cash out.)
If I win I increase the bet. Roughly speaking, If I have $50, less than $100, $.75 or $.80 $100 or more $1+ I've been known to bet $12.50 if my balance gets high enough.

I've read elsewhere that RTG games employ a timer. It had seemed like this to me before reading it though. Anyone else?

There are a number of games I use to enjoy. When my balance got high enough I played $5- $12.50 and hit a bonus round. I didn't win anything spectacular. A couple of years later the games still won't hit worth a darn.

I've heard it said that as your average balance increases over time the casino "loosens" the machines. That perhaps is why some of these casinos are hitting so poorly for me.

I'm eager to hear any more thoughts..

From what I have gleaned over the last 10+ years, and I believe to be true (though I have no proof) is...
The vast majority of RTG casinos have their slots set on the middle RTP of 94 - 95%.
The casinos cannot change the RTP for individual players.
The casinos have to ask RTG to change the setting - they can't do it themselves "on the fly".

Many RTG slots are high variance and as a result, they can be very "streaky" - just like slots from any other software.

The casino operators have a large investment, if they "raped" everyone they wouldn't be around long as people would stop playing there and they would lose their investment.
Exactly!
From the casino's point of view, it would be very counter-productive for them to rip-off their players - the risk of getting caught cheating would be devastating for them.

The bottom line is - if you don't trust RTG based casinos, or you don't enjoy playing their games any more - don't play them.

Having played RTG exclusively for about a decade myself, I clearly enjoy them. That is not the issue. Clearly different sites have different settings, thus the numerous unknown settings regarding pay outs.

I love slots because I'm sort of a math junkie. From this I know there are some RTG casinos that if I bet $50 I'm going to get back pretty close to $25. I also know that over some months, between 2 casinos, using the same tactics and about $2,000 invested, that I am getting back close to $12.50 per $50 bet. These 2 casinos are also the ones that are averaging a bit less than 10X the bet over a few dozen bonus games.
What will change this? Does anyone have any experience with this?
Would depositing $100 or $200 or $500 at a time help? Would increasing the bet? Would setting auto play at 100 games instead of 10 help? Currently I am leery to try any of these things.
It seems to me enough has been deposited that the dry streaks should have ended by now. I must assume I am doing something the casino do not like.

last time I played online was 2012 and just the RTG's so maybe it has changed. I played paydirt and generally after bonus round the slot died so I learned to move on to another game. Most the RTG's I played were kinda like that.

What I've noted on Paydirt and a couple others like T-rex is after a bonus, if the next spin has 2 scatters you have a very good chance of hitting a bonus again in the next 15 spins. If during these 15 spins if a hit is 5X the bet you probably aren't going to hit the bonus. Keep the line bet the same but only play 5-13 lines. Set auto play to 25 and turbo. Usually I need to do this twice. Once 2 scatters appear 2 spins in a row I stop and reset to 25 lines, 5 spins and turn off turbo. If scatters aren't coming I go back to 10 spins turbo with the fewer lines until 2 scatters appear twice in 2 spins again. Most frequently with in a total of 80 spins I hit another bonus with minimal losses. I've noted on Paydirt that once you hit all 3 bonuses it goes flat no matter what I try. On T-Rex once I'd hit a big bonus win it goes flat.
Until about a year or so ago, when RTG had a pretty major update (I couldn't get on for 24 hours), it seemed that when they would load a new lobby all the games would get reset as if they hadn't just hit. Not so much anymore though.

All these RTG random jackpot slots are basically little in house progressives. What does that mean for the player? It means the pay schedule is 'top heavy'. If you hit a RJ then of course you are going to be closer to the slot's stated payout percentage. If you don't (I've never hit one in real play in all the years I've played) then most likely your personal numbers will not be near the common 94 - 95% RTP.

Our brains look for patterns in everything. If there's a true 'pattern' in slots or card games, then the game is faulty or rigged and should be avoided like the plague.

Easily the most complained about slots and if europeans and Canadians were forced to play them...there would be endless threads about this.

RTG slots are infamous for sucking money. I am in the same boat as others...years played close to a million spins...no jackpots or even very good wins aside from one or two.

I dont care if people want to say tinfoil hat or whatever but I dont think clubworld slots are legit. Good support, good staff decent payout times but I really do not believe the slots are random there.

I have won on other RTG slots but on clubworld...nope. And I have played a massive amount over the years. Im not talking about 10,000...20,000...30,000...40,000 spins. Im talking hundreds of thousands.

Luck is luck but id have to be the unluckiest person in the world to have a massive amount of play and never win. 99% of the time my deposit dont even last long. Even if I start with $400 and am betting 60 cents. Its usually gone in an hour or two.

I did request clubworld look into my account...and all I got was a response from management "I have reviewed your account and confirm your playtime and rtp is well below average..here is a freebie to hopefully turn it around"
