If I had a gun to my head and had to choose, I would choose France.

I can't bring myself to watch it, and am completely indifferent to who wins. Just not terribly invested in either team, given how the Argies are nationalistic bad winners, and the French are.......just French.

But given the two horrors before me, if I had to choose one to emerge triumphant over the other, it'd have to be (Lord forgive me for what I am about to say) France. As even they won't be as smug and arrogant as the Argentines - and that's saying something!

I normally side with the underdog if England aren't involved, not sure which team that is here. Both suffer from extreme levels of arrogance, so I'll watch and back the team that cheats less!

I may be wrong, of course, but to me, Argentina looks very different in terms of how they play compared to European football in general. They play a slow game, while France plays a fast and persistent attacking style. France also has the interesting fact that they have never lost in their football history if they are leading after the 1st half is finished.
