under the name C.I.L
But I can not find any contacts of this C.I.L to sent them complain.I hope NetEnt will help me.

Hi for everyone. I have make many deposits in fenix casino in this year, usually using they 100% bonus in tuesday what they send in my email.
11.8 i make deposit with that tuesday bonus, loose it and after that use 50% bonus and deposit 100€. I play through that 2000€ wagring maybe two times because immortal romance gives many good winnings. Aftre all i have 3502€ in my acoount and i made withdrawal.

Cashier not answer emails. How they can keep taking customers money and they dont pay withdrawals, who controls these place licenses? So glad they left, But why would a good casino like hello pay out? & not the others? If it is to do with banking as they will all run from the same banking system?
