Fed up with Desert Dollar

Okay, we all know that FL doubled their WR from 5 to 10. Back in Feb I got an offer from Desert Dollar. I checked their WR and DD was still 5x. I took them up on the offer, and I'm not one of those players that makes a deposit, plays the WR and cashes out in a day. I like to play.

Anyway, after a couple weeks I called to make sure I had met the WR before cashing in. I knew I was way over the 5x, but I like to be sure. They told me that the WR was 10x. I explained that when I got the offer it was 5x. Thye asked me to send them a copy of the email with the offer. That was on the 4th.

Today I called them because I haven't heard back. What they told me was that what counts is what the WR is on the day you want to cash in, not on the day you make the deposit. I said to the guy, "What would prevent you from accepting everyones deposits, and at midnight changing your WR to 1000 times?" He didn't understand the analogy. Anyway, I am fed up with FL caisnos. It isn't the 10 times. I think I have played 9 times already at Desert Dollar, but this is just another example of their bad customer service.
