Helo my english is poor but Planet Casino stole my winnigs and i dont know what can i do now im have all proof abaut fake accusations and now try tell others players my story . So few days ago in web starts new casino with free Promotions 10 free for all new users Im registered use free code. - But before im starts play im read all terms and condtions and doo print creans alll rulez ( and this was goood idea) next im go to live support and ask abaut : Can Polish player play in this place , and use free bonus ? - and answer was yes they can play and use free bonus

So im enter code get 10 free starts play - after im finish wager x 40 im do withdrawal . send all documents copy id fax bilings from last 3 month credit card copy . next day casino send me informations im not recived my Money becose im Multiplayer and bonus abuser. - This is of corse NOT TRUE becose im play in a lot of casino for 2 yers and im olso affiliate person and know rulez and know how this work . Never do fraudency and Multiacconts im opened only one accont play and win . and after this casino trye stole my winings. - Im send emials to casino support with informations - thats mystake pleased check againg my acconts - im have one accont and send documents but casino answer- our decision is finnaly you dont get your payments. - Next im try find informations abaut this place and im find a lot posts in gambling forums abaut banned acconts and no paymets (in polish gambling forum)after player do withdrawal with SAME false accusations im show you how this look - All players get same FALSE accsations

Ok so im can uderstand Casino have problem with Polish players and Poland players is high risk country do multiacconts BUT if casino starts work and in terms and condtions in the day when im joined isint any informations about - Poland players cant play cant use free bonus and if IM play good with rulez send scan documents open only one acconts then WHY my acount baned with fake false accusations - thry try tell THEY stoped all Polish withdrawal becose have porblems with some polish players? they try -attempt to use the COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILLITY this is joke . *(imagine the casino not pays you, because they had problems with players from your country and this is the official reason why you banned and payments stopped - In normal casino - each responsible for yourself what is this collective responsivillity?

Sory for very long post but im realy dont breaky any terms and conditions play clear win and they try cheting me and i dont know what im can do if im send some message to their support thay answer is You dont get money our decision is final. Im Sad thats no fair practice - Can somone help me or only what i can do is forget about this place Thanks Casinomeister for any advice

It seems like a retrospective application of a new term to existing players. They may be confisacting winnings from ALL Polish player because 3 of them made 11 accounts and took €6000 from them. If this is a SERIOUS financial hit for them, it is worrying.

Why are they still taking money from Polish players having made the decision to throw the lot out in the new year. It suggests they are going to try to milk them for all they can over Christmas, and spit them out in the new year. I also expect winning players will encounter further problems when they withdraw.

I bet they ARE connected to Grand Prive, more so than these Polish players are "connected" to each other:rolleyes:

I have begun to receive spam from them, and long ago I played at Grand Prive when they were Microgaming. This is not conclusive proof by any means, but it arouses suspicions.

Im see they have licency in Curacao this isnt good licency? can im open PAB? - is any chance to get my winings from this place? what do you think?

Ok easy this is my first PAB and im dont know how look this procedure - im open this 2 month ago last post was send 30 day ago .
Next time im will be contact with Max Priv.

And of corse thanks to Max for try helping me with my problem - maybe I should be more patient .
This is my last post in this topic for now - so somone can close this topic and open when they (Planet Casino) Give finally some answers .

Hi Chu, pretty much planning on staying in town. I've got projects around home that need some attention so I reckon I'll spend the time puttering about on those. Not very exotic I'm afraid but then again I live in Paris so it's not hard to make any given day a special day if I'm so inclined.

People, the guy has been working his socks off for a full year and you wont even let him off for a week. I would have wanted him to visit Macau. Visitors are on the decline I hear.
