Favourite Rival - Why

Sorry if this is something thats been done before,

Id love to know what you favourite Rival Site is and why, I know this thread will be swamped with Slotocash, and they deserve every bit of praise they get and then some. If slotocash is your first choice, maybe you could pop a second as well.

My reasons, for them are,
*very very prompt payment of cashouts, I think record was 15 min from the time I flushed until it hit Neteller. But always within hours.
*support are always friendly, they dont pop up the "anything else we can help you with" when you havent had your first query properly answered.
* Playthrough on bonus is always reasonable.
* Emails answered with the speed of light
I guess they are the main ones for me though Im sure I could keep going. But also they are constant, all of these things are not just a one off.

I did have a second favourite, but as I am having some issues in regards to them, will hold off about them for now.
