I can understand if there is a bonus involved. But if you don't take a bonus there is no reason why the shift supervisor can not process winnings, regardless if it's business hours or not.

I know neteller offer (gambling) merchants an instant withdrawal process. But I know of no casino that uses it

within 2 min is fantastic, whereas 3dice is instant, its only to a point isnt it then they pend, it can also be super quick from pending, but ive had a few sit for a few hours, which is still fine, anything that takes a few hours is more than okay with me.

There can be many reasons why a withdrawal can sometimes be processed slowly or quickly. Its not just a black and white situation. For example. Are you a standard member or a vip member? vip`s in most casinos are treated to quicker cashout times amongst other perks and benefits. Is there a manager on hand at the time of withdrawal that can process the cashout? ( somebody has to be able to make the decision). Is the casino fully staffed at the time? or are some people off sick hampering and slowing things down. Is it a weekend? Lots of casinos operate with reduced staff on weekends. Is the net running slow? Is equipment behaving how it should? THere are lots of variables and constants to take into account and these are just the ones i can think of.

Blue Square is the fastest I have ever received. I think it would've been 1 second as I was refreshing my neteller account as I hit withdraw. They seem to have taken me off instant withdrawals lately though.
