Why did you carry on depositing if they would never process a withdrawal? Surely it makes no sense to do that, I'm not excusing this fansbet site, it sounds a bit shady to me, but making 100 deposits on a site that keeps cancelling every withdrawal ?

If you've won these amounts via sports betting you must be experienced, why not just use betfair or one of the many others available etc..

Yes it does, it'll probably help your cause to lead with that, and how their withdrawal shenanigans preyed on your gambling issues, what were their reasons they have provided for holding up your withdrawals?

I get the sense from the trust pilot reviews [which are often going to be negative] that slow/paused payouts are a common occurrence, it's something the ukgc have been turning a blind eye to, they mention it and say it mustn't happen, but no fines are ever issued as far as I can tell.

I had issues with the casino group, Viral Interactive. Kept all the info, chat transcripts, etc and passed it to the UKGC. Very soon after they paid, despite being adamant for so long that they will not pay. Cheeky buggers also changed part of their T&C's following my complaint - thankfully I had screenshots!

It sounds like a very difficult situation for you to cope with, you'd think alarm bells ought to have run at the casino if they were following the ukgc guidelines regarding responsible gambling.

The ukgc supposedly doesn't deal with individual complaints, however they do when it suits them I doubt they would show much interest in trust pilot reviews tbh, but the mp's have recently mentioned the ukgc setting up a specific ombudsman, whose findings they then shouldn't be able to ignore like they can trust pilot.

On the basis of the UKGC showing no interest in your situation, I would probably write to your mp or somebody like tom watson and see whether they agree your case shows a chronic failure of harm prevention/RG measures by the casino etc...and then you could go back to the ukgc or perhaps your mp might contact them on your behalf, but it'll come down to the specifics and what the ukgc say they require of casinos. I believe they need to have effective measures in place to prevent harm when the signs are obvious.

• a review of three accounts showed that the customers all demonstrated potential signs of problem gambling based on their gambling pattern and spend, however this behaviour did not trigger any customer interaction with the customers
• the Licensee confirmed that the accounts did not raise any concerns
• the Licensee’s policies did not flag customers as an SR concern as a result of the size of their losses.

I think somebody did mention this fansbet casino group had reported a 2.6 million loss or something, probably why they've been mucking people about at withdrawal time.

What did you report? If you reported that they had 100 negative reviews on trust pilot of course they wont be interested.

You need to get someone to help you properly word exactly what happened and the timescales as if you have written to them as you have on here they are not going to understand what is going on.

After the awful experience I haven't gambled since. If I show all the withdrawals it look awful for the casino. If I also showed all deposit and times would show problem gambling and I checked in just one month I deposited 100times.

It would seem to me a complaint the ukgc should look at as the reversal/loss/redeposit pattern is a clear sign of problem gambling, 96 cancelled withdrawals and redeposits should not be ignored by a uk licensed gambling firm, but that's just my opinion on it and the ukgc may see it differently - that the casino didn't fail with regard to monitoring for signs of problem gambling etc.. you need to get the ukgc to give you a detailed response as to why it's not a matter for them, but then the ukgc never outlawed the reverse option, so it could be tricky for them...

He has already had CAB, Trading Standards, UKGC, a Parliamentary Committee, a solicitor & every football club look into it apparently, and that would be using the laws that apply only in London rather than the rest of the UK.
