Fans bet withdrawals

Anyone had any problems withdrawing from this website. I had withdrawals pending over 6 days is that normal. Thanks.

It's not normal. Write a bad review on trustpilot show it on live chat and your withdrawal will get approved within a day. Shitty casino

They just want you to reverse your withdrawal.

I didn't check the reviews. They blaming me for not processing withdrawals . They said I should have contacted them because they don't check pending withdrawal time. They changed the terms recently before it was processed in 24 to 48 hours I complained each time and now they changed to 5 business days. My withdrawals are pending for 6/7 days and they never paid me once

They holding some people's money for 3 weeks. I been in contacted with other customers.

I have made 3 withdrawals here, each time I got the money in less than a week. Pending time seems to be 2-3 working days (during which you can reverse - which is a bit crap).

I have so many withdrawals like this i kepted trying again .They said my account was verified and withdrawal .

The normal processing time is up to 48 hrs excluding the weekends.

I was verified as I asked them why they never processed any withdrawals.

Regarding your question why your account was not closed within 72 hours and had to provide ID, you passed GBG checks (an online identity verification solution), so there was no need for further documents or account closure.

So why did you never process even one withdrawal all pending for more then 5 days.

I can't really go into details now as trading standard is investigating and ukgc have taken note. Please be careful if you use this website even better never use it

You've also shown that you were withdrawing in December, wtf are you still playing there now for if you made a withdrawal in December and still haven't been paid?

I didn't take your advice as its wrong. I also wanted to know your occupation is in any legal sector. Because you giving legal advice but it's all wrong.

I am not giving legal advice at all, considering I don't actually have a clue what your problem is, even if I gave free legal advice, I couldn't if I wanted to.

Just raise it with IBAS, that's all that's needed. Trading Standards for what? It's the UKGC remit and they refer to TS if necessary, there isn't another way other than civil action.

I want to citizen advice bureau . They told me to also inform trading standard. Trading standard already has concern about the company from other customers.
