Yes, they have and I'm in communication with the person, hence the OP.
As for FSB, you cannot surely be suggesting that presenting a site with .co.uk that's adhering to UKGC rules and using the same name to run a separate rogue operation for the rest of Europe is acceptable, whomever the registered owners are?
