Fairway casino consficated the winnings and closed an account.
I got an email from Andrea Parker:
"My name is Andrea Parker and I’m the Casino Manager at Fairway Casino.

After reviewing your account in detail we have determined that your betting behavior is in violation of our Terms & Conditions. When you registered for your account you agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions and you are you are in violation of the following terms:

· 7.2 Fairway Casino forbids the use of all unfair practices when using its services. We do this to protect our customers and the integrity of the services. If any customer is found to be participating in any form of activities that we consider to constitute cheating his or her account may be permanently closed and any balance may be at risk of forfeiture or withholding as per the Terms and Conditions.
· 10. From time to time we may offer you complimentary or bonus amounts to be credited to your account (“Bonus”.) These Bonuses may only be used in relation to the services as may be specified when the Bonus is offered. It is understood that your acceptance of any Bonus shall be in accordance with any additional terms and conditions that we may make available to you with respect to each such Bonus offered and if there are none, then in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and bonus release restrictions contained within the corresponding offer. Offers may only be used once unless specified to the contrary. You are not entitled to withdraw any Bonus amounts and you may not remove any cash obtained through a Bonus from your Account without first complying with the terms applicable and, without limitation, with respect to any qualifiers or restrictions. Bonus monies awarded by Fairway Casino. must be used within thirty (30) days of being granted, after which time they will be withdrawn from your account balance.
· 11.1. All our promotions are designed for those genuine players who may be interested in continuing their membership and playing at the casino and are not averse to betting with and gambling their own money. Any and all promotion may be considered void at any moment to those persons or groups suspected of abuse or having a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge-back transactions) at Fairway Casino. or with any of their merchant affiliates. Any winnings accrued by such persons or groups shall be considered null and void and shall be withheld.
· 11.2. Bonuses and promotions are available only once per person or residential address and e-mail address. Fairway Casino. reserves the right to impose further limits with respect to those accounts originating from localities in which computers are public or shared (e.g. clubs, societies, university campuses, fraternities/sororities, colleges, public libraries, company offices, etc.) Should a customer claim a bonus offer to which he/she is not entitled, any winnings accrued from said bonus offer are forfeited and the original deposit shall be returned to the customer.
· 17.1 Fairway Casino. has a policy of zero tolerance towards inappropriate play and any and all fraudulent activity. In Fairway Casino.'s sole determination, should you be found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Fairway Casino. or any other user of any of the services in any way or form whatsoever, including but not limited to collusion with the live dealers or other players in any of the games, game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, or should Fairway Casino. suspect your payment to be fraudulent in any way, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other activity deemed fraudulent (including but not limited to any charge-backs, or other form of payment reversal) or illegal transaction (including but not limited to money laundering or the taking over of an account,) Fairway Casino. reserves the right to suspend and/or close your Account and to share said information (along with your identity and all other details from your account registration) with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, payment processing entities and any and all other such pertinent agencies.
· 17.2 We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any person or group of persons where we have reasonable grounds to believe that said person or group of persons is acting or has acted in liaison in an attempt to defraud or damage Fairway Casino. and/or the services and/or the platforms in any way.

Your account (along with many other accounts ) was found to be created from a unique and specific IP address. Additionally, your betting pattern shows a clear evidence that you are not a recreational player and that your activity classifies as fraudulent activity per our Terms and Conditions. For these reasons your account has been permanently closed and any game activity voided. You deposited a total of €100 in real money which we will back to your Skrill account in the following days.

The remainder of your winnings is null and void; no other payouts will be processed."

My response:
"Dear Andrea Parker,

Due to the fact that you've accused me of violating the Terms & Conditions of your casino, I can argue the following:

*7.2 - There wasn't any cheateng or abusing in my actions.

*10 - Your casino offers a bonus program, which I used to claim bonus, because that's more enjoyable to play with bonus than without it. Why do you offering a bonus, if you don't like that it can be used? I claimed bunus only once. I didn't withraw bonus amount without implementation of bonus Terms & Conditions of your casino. Bonus amount was used by me within thirty days. In this connection I have a question: what exactly did I violate?

*11.1 - I am genuine player and would like to play in you casino in the future. But I can't do it, because you're unfair withheld my winnings and accused me of cheating!

*11.2 - Bonus was given to me only once. My email and residental adress are unique. My computer is only my property and I'm using it from home. My internet provider has assured me that my ip is static and unique and couldn't be used by anyone else. I can send you any documents, if you request them.

*17.1-2 - My account is unique and can't relate with anyone. My bet was such as formulaic as bets of millions of people all over the world. I really risked betting straight to one number and my winning chances were really small. I won by luck and now you're taking away my winnings. All my bets is not forbidden by your casino Terms & Conditions.I believe that you're unfair taking away my winnings and insulted me, calling a cheater.

I hope that you will review the situation once again and make the right conclusions. I am ready to assist you in this by providing the documents, if you will need them."

Hi did not answer! He ignores me from February 2017.

Original title was "Fairway casino is rogue!". As yet there is no evidence to support that claim and the OP has submitted not one but two PABs on this subject: thread title changed to avoid possible detriment to the PAB process.
