Have tried yesterday an online "casino" Fairspin.io - and got very surprised.

They trying to advertise as they are for VIP players. I tried with a small amount (USDT 5000) and got stuck.

Tried to withdraw - a small amount, just about USDT 6000. So a small USDT 1000 win.

Their support asked to go through the verification process - so spent over an hour dealing with that.

After everything was verified "for the safety of the player" (lol, for my safety to verify me in a crypto casino...) - they informed me that withdrawals take up to 10 business days.

Their T&C have this. Up to 10 business days.

P.S. Once withdrawal of USDT 6000 will be processed, I let you know. It is funny how the support "doesn't know how fast payments are processed" and how in this world, in 2023, payments can be processed "for up to 10 business days". Means - for "up to" 16 days, including weekends etc.

I can somewhat justify a withdrawal taking a few days, especially for a new player, IF it's a casino that only deals in regular fiat money, but a crypto casino taking 10 days to "process" a withdrawal is an actual joke. Embarassing.

It's usually due to financial liability. If 10 players all struck big, and all withdrawal their funds, you do understand that a starting casino can run into financial issue's. It's like a bank. By upholding up to 10 working days they kind of compensate the sudden gap.

But honestly avoid such places that upholds such duration in the first place. No more then 48 hours.
