    Sorry for that title but I lost my patience.
    I tried these so called reccomended casinos and .........
    Mummysgold has cleared my account to zero after 37 bets.
    In that moment I was 110 dollars ahead.
    When I asked them what now, they answered I haven't fullfilled terms (minimum 100 bets). When I asked how could I do it when software cleared my account to zero.........now please bet for the answer.
    Of course You are right!!!.
    There was no answer.
    Highest reccomendation for this casino!!!
    They have stolen my 110 dollars and they sit silent like mice.
    Ok, I thought it happens and entered the second reccomended -Grand Hotel Casino. They were just giving 12 dollars start up free money.
    I opened real account and what I see after 12 hours?
    "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED" hahahahaha.
    YES, YES, YES. and of course no anwer for my e-mail "what happened?"
    If so looks culture of bussines of these reccomended casinos, I feel panic fear how works the rest.

    Something similar happened to me while playing through their play $500? for an hour promotion. I lost connection before the hour was up while I was up $300. I spent the rest of the hour talking to support trying to relogin to the promotion settings, but it wasn't possible. I wasn't able to complete the promotion and did not get to keep the winnings at first. One support rep offered me $200. I insisted on $300, until I later learned the max gain from this promotion was $200. I talked to several support reps until I found one that would credit me the $200 bonus. I received the 1000% bonus of $200 on a minimum $20 deposit, and I still busted.

    Well, since you are using such language, may I ask what the heck you are talking about. Like watchdog said, contact the casino rep listed in this board. As for Grand Hotel, I honestly think they wouldnt close your account without giving any reason. I havent read their terms but is there any chance they deny players from Poland to take out their bonuses?

    Hard to make sense of it, but I am guessing he experienced a glitch in the software, called support and started cussing and they closed his account.

    I had problem with Mummys Gold way back when (4months?) when I tried to play their promo...I had so many glitches that I wasnt able to complete anything either..I got dropped over and over (never had that problem anywhere else). I called and they said it was my computer problem, not theirs, nothing they can do about it. I had dialup..the download alone took most of the time, but once I was in I got blocked here and there.
    One thing I learned..highspeed only for these promos that have their own little "casino" that you need to play in, if your connection gets dropped you have to start all over.:mad:
    Please do check into it like recommened. It may help you. Most of all, keep your cool to do battle.....good luck to you!:)

    Like I said before, this looks like a glitch in the software in the 1 hour free play promotion.

    The Palace Group rep was very helpful when others experienced problems with the free time promotion (search for the old thread if you don't believe they did this and that they are a reputable operation).

    You should contact the rep, and try to avoid cussing when you do.

    Part of the problem is that this promotion is played in a Flash casino loaded within the lobby of the main Viper casino. I have tried one or two of these and I believe the problems are due to the Viper casino downloading all it's games while at the same time the player is trying to play FLASH games which are also very bandwidth intensive.

    From my attempt at Mummy's gold I have the following suggestion for smoother running.

    1) Download and register in Viper Lobby.
    2) Log in to new account, but skip the promo for now. Go into the "games" menu and wait for all the Viper games to complete downloading. If they do not download, click on them and then on "hide" once the game launch screen appears.
    3) Once all the lobby games are downloaded, log out and log back in again, checking for tell tale signs of slowness or attempts by the Viper lobby to download again.
    4) If all seems fine, play the promotion - it should run better as it no longer has to share bandwidth with the Viper upgrade.

    For the rep. - It might be better if this promotion could be played from the website with out the need to have the viper lobby running concurrently, this should help with some of the bandwidth issues and disconnects for players on low-spec connections.

    It could even be possible to deposit the amount in the normal account, but disable the banking system till the player decides to end the promotion by either claiming a win, reaching zero, or running out of time. Some MG casinos make use of a separate account for playing tournaments and bonuses, less common now, and this idea could also be tried in order that players can avoid the bandwidth overheads of Flash. The advantage of a separate account would be the ability to set lower bet limits as in the Flash promotion without the need to mess around with the players real account.

    We have looked at other options but at the moment the only way for us to be able to offer this particular promotions is with the flash casino in the downlaoded one.

    There are new ways of doing free spins promotions in testing which might help out this cause but they are limited to certain games.

    I will let you all know once we have finished all testing.
