New Slot Announcement Extra Chilli, BTG

How much is a 24-spin €2 bonus worth?
A buddy of mine offered to pay me €400 for it...

Personally think you'd be nuts to have sold it to him lol.

I don't play it so don't know, but what is the LEAST you'd expect it to return for 24 spins @ €2. €150? €200? . €250? I'm just guessing but if you look at it like that, knowing you will at least get something - almost surely at least going into the 3 figures range, and then take into account how much it could pay if you were lucky, I'd ceartinly not be selling it.

Anyway, what happened then? Or is the reason you haven't responded to Snorky because you got into a fight with your mate after selling it but not having shook hands on the deal, before it went and paid €10k ? lol

is it better to gamble to bonus and risk losing it or go for what ever bonus it gives you depending on bonus symbol trigger? Or does it really not matter in the long term? :)
Your gonna get what it gives you I bought 5x at £20 on Saturday highest win was 23 no gambles it’s starting to play like bonanza dry spins almost guaranteed.
If u have any sense avoid these games like the plague they will fucking ruin u.......

Decided to try £15 on Chilli as the token bonus was close to triggering. Thought I might add a tenner to my balance if I was lucky.

Ended up okay two decent bonuses and x600 base hit on the 117. I already had about 5 drops then I noticed all the purples on reels 2-6 but only had one slot to hit reel 1. Thinking, not another near miss, the bloody thing dropped in. For my biggest base hit ever on Chilli.

Strangely enough on the second bonus I had my first ever double retrigger and on the last spin I hit my first ever 4 scatter retrigger, so 24 spins in all. Didn’t pay huge considering but as we know Chilli can also be dreadful so not complaining. An accumulative x1000+ so not too shabby really.

What are your thoughts on how I should play this slot (without feature buys)? I'm always tempted to gamble all the way up, but what if I always collect any spins given? I can anecdotally confirm that the 8 spins can be quite big sometimes. :)

Personally I think it’s pre-determined.

So means diddly squat whether you gamble or not.

Just take what ever spins you get hope for the best, gambling features should be banned anyhow, hardly good slot etiquette.

I agree that gambling features especially as it is done in this slot is pretty questionable practice. I'm sure BTG could've done a better job with the design on that front, even if that meant having to cut down somewhere else in payouts. As for it being predetermined I still don't really buy that, I'm willing to take their word for it, even if that is an "argument from authority", I'm sure all the regulation checks needed to pass the slot to the markets would've weeded that possibility out.

I remember seeing somewhere that the "best tactic" is to always go for the top.
I think in the long run this gives the highest rtp, but can of course make for very long runs of no bonus at all.

I just take whatever i get.
Had some decent hits on just the 8 spins, and sometimes you get the +4 for 12 spins.
If you get your multiplier up to 5x+ all you need is that one good spin for the bonus to pay.

I usually play the basegame until the bonusbuy is down to 15-20x stake and buy it.
Basegame can be pretty good at times, and bonuses land every now and then if you are lucky.

In the HELP section for the slot, under General Information is the following text:

In all cases, the optimal strategy is to always spin the Feature Gamble Wheel.

However, the slot's stated RTP is between 96.15% and 96.41% which I take to mean there isn't actually that much in it in terms of RTP, but you do massively increase the volatility if you go down the route of balls-to-the-wall feature wheel gambling.
