    Got an email from Paradise8 for a free $20.
    Of course it was not in my cashier to redeem.

    I wrote support and this was the answer.:)

    So in my region (the netherlands) there is an increase of bonusabusers.
    And i was born there and live there so i am also an abuser..hahaha.

    If i am not eligble for a free chip don't send me an email then.
    First it takes many steps to get it,then you lose it in a second,but if you win it takes days and hassles to get your money.
    Just my experience..

    I think i just will be a happy depositer:lolup:

    So, they send Emails to players from banned regions, yet they have the ability to exclude brianzz from the blanket mailing.

    Further, Rival are supposed to have a great central database for dealing with bonus "abusing" players, so why do they need to use regional bans at all?

    Claims from Rival just do not add up, how are we expected to believe they are being open and honest as they claim, as if they were, the information given by the various spokespersons for Rival casinos would be consistent throughout.

    Sending an offer as a personal invite, then saying NO - you will probably misbehave with it, criminalises the player, and they are going to "eff off" and play somewhere else that sees them as a valued customer.
