As brianmon mentioned you can play as many spins as you like to improve your tournament position as the best RTP over 20 consecutive spins will win. 750 spins is just the minimum amount you have to play to qualify for the prizes.

I received loads of free spins on Motorhead from many casino's yesterday and most gave good rtp. The rtp in Energy in real play was 60% after 750 spins. I gave up.

Just going to mention this here as I couldn't find a current thread for these.

Just had to deal with customer service for winnings from a tournament last night and must say the customer service I got was excellent. Not only were the replies mega fast, he dealt with queries very very quickly, and easily outshone any other casino customer service I have ever dealt with. Complete opposite to what I had with energy casino last night.

I made more than 1000 spins on the slot (one above 600% RTP during 20 spins) when realized the minimum bet is 0.4 USD, because I thought there is some issue with the tournament rank display that is why I was not listed.

So I restarted the tournament with the correct coin size, but I got only about 640 spins before my 90 USD gone. Hopefully I will be able to do some more wagering before the deadline tomorrow.

I'm going to have to comment on this.

From a UK players perspective, we are paying more than anyone playing in euro's for the same value prizes, they can play 0.40 euro whereas we have to play £0.40, around 0.50 euro. That might have put some people off. Difference is 300 euro or £300 to play 750 spins, its about a £40 difference.

I don't have a problem with 750 spins considering the size of the prizes though.

I would certainly hope you don't reduce prizes for this tournament, people have already spent money to try to win a certain amount, you can't just say, oh well not many took part so we will only pay you this much instead.

When you say 11 people haven't taken part, have they not played any spins at all or just not the 750 needed?

So I made another 700 bets on 0.4 USD, but the rank showed 0 spins. Checked with support and they pointed out that I made only 0.35 EUR bets instead of 0.4, so I should have been using 0.6 USD bets (like 40% more than 0.4 EUR bets).
Another 50 USD to the black hole (no chance to win anything). I am such a sore loser.

No. He stated earlier that your winnings is in the denomination that you wagered in. It is not our fault that the sign up was not what was hoped.

I didn't notice that, thats good I thought the prizes were in euros, I finished 8th so free spins for me assuming everyone above me completed the 750 spins

As an aside, I withdrew on Monday and still haven't got it, which is slow, I withdrew from AllBritish on Wednesday night and it was in my account today.
