    I'm not normally one to create new threads but I have to praise Stephen from 32 Red Customer Service today :)

    I had received a bonus on Friday for their Election promo of £17.14. I had been playing through this and had got balance up to around £32 (including the £17.14 bonus). I decided to check bonus balance to see if it had dropped yet and saw it had risen by £2.50.

    I was mystified as hadn't entered paid tournies (which I'm aware can affect bonus by converting cash to it) and my balance had been zero at time bonus awarded so no other bonuses to carry through.

    Stephen was mystified too and couldn't figure why this had occurred. He asked me to log out and he would make payment adjustment.

    When I logged in I found that as compensation for error he had converted entire previous balance of £32 to cash and added the original £17.14 bonus to start afresh.

    Fantastic customer service :)

    PS I have tried to edit title for the typo on "customer" (blasted touchscreen phone) but can't see how you edit titles. I'd appreciate a mod edit if possible thanks :)

    I wouldn't normally have the nerve to bump my own thread but following Dunovers excellent comments regarding 32 Red I thought I'd give it a nudge back up for those who haven't read and Mark at 32 may also like to note my earlier comment :) (albeit in not so eloquent detail as Dunover).

    And thanks for the free spins on Ariana (although myself and the lady in question are no longer on talking terms after prior recent brutal sessions..... She gave and then took it all back. How dare she :p )

    32 Red - second to none :) (although Videoslots are hot on your tail ;) )

    Yup! like I've said many - a - time you can't go wrong with these guys. Peace of mind and trust is the biggest 'selling point' for me from day 1 till now :D

    I'm a regular there and defended them over the months when the 'lets bash' threads were about.

    I was surprised that I didn't see comments along the lines of 'How much they paying you' or 'I didn't realise staff were allowed to play' :p

    Good to read all the positive stuff lately, especially when it's well deserved. :thumbsup:
