The story starts here. I opened account with connectocasino in the fall and
closed it in December because it so seemed impossible to win
when I phoned support to reopen my account the could not locate my already
closed account. I wanted them to reopen in January
when they could not locate my old account they suggested that I open a new
account .I enjoyed playing there because of there generous bonus
system where they matched my deposit 9999 percent..well I opened my new
account and played winless of course.but on the 26th of march I won
something $400.00
was to be what they owed me...Guess what I met the requirements of the
playthrough 30x on slots $6500.00 on my bonus requested a cashin right! I
had $600.00
in my account and knew I could not cashn my bonus so I requested $400.00 and
my bonus was the other 200.00 match on my deposit wich I understand you
cannot cast that out.
well they requested a fax/back form wich I completed and a screen shot of my
firepay account ! DONE and DONE all complete.well now they screwed me they
said I was unelgible
for the cashin and they zereoed out my account due to multiple accounts ?
but only by there suggestion did I have multiple accounts...strange ? huh?
so they give me 2 options option 1 they keep all winnings and give me back
my original deposit $20.00 lol and close my account! or I can continue
playing at there site and forfit all my winnings.I have sent no less that
150 emails without a single response to any of them.I have spoken with
support to try and explain to upper management the situation they are like
are like rocks and will not budge a inch ..they are very hateful very rude
and have a personal vendetta against me.and will not let me speak with any
upper management.
can u please help me with this...please! I would like my money and with no
resolution in sight I might have to take a vacation to sanhose and visit my
new friends at connectocasino

the worst part is there support crew is rude and will not let me speak to uppermanagement ..they screen all calls by user name...and that I have contacted their pr person and support 100's of times via email without a single response..nothing nada

Assuming I understood your message, are we to understand that when you opened your second account you took up a welcome bonus on your first deposit? This seems to be what a lot of casinos categorise as 'multiple accounts' so unless when they told you to open a new account they specifically told you that you were eligible for the sign-up bonus they at least have grounds to withold that from you I would think.

Granted, you're upset about losing the money you feel you're rightfully entitled to, but spamming them (150 emails) and making veiled threats (pay a visit) aren't going to solve your problem.

Just my .02 cents ...
