Ewallet withdrawal problems

hi there,

just was wondering if anyone in USA is having problems getting paid from EWALLET EXPRESS.. I made a request for withdrawal of funds November 23, 2009... they said it would take 10 days to process... it finally showed on my Ewallet account that my withdrawal of funds cleared and my funds would be in my bank by 12/4/09 ,they also made sure their fee of $150.00 was taken... I called Ewallet to verify that transfer was done and money was forwarded to my bank. they said it was done and money should be in my bank... and probally the bank did not credit my account yet.... it's now monday 12/7/09, i called bank and they have no pending deposit from EWALLET./ I called Ewallet three times,,getiing a nice run around from them with no answers!!! first time they said there was a problem with the transfer and they would send it to there finance deposit and put a rush on it and that they have received a several calls today with same problem.. they could not transfer me to the "finance Department" nor give me any other information.... i called later in the day to reach their finance department... and i was told no one was in... no voice mail to transfer to and no information about when i would get my money... i called back... and now they say it will take 2 business days.... this transaction is showing complete on Ewallet side and their fee was taken immediately.... i just was wondering is anyone else having problems getting their money fropm EWALLET EXPRESS... it's $1,500.00 !! thanks for any help you can offer

i haven't heard of a problem that said they have been around a while and have the system in place to take it out of my hobby checking for what casino i want

that said they do run slow even billing my checking acct like they give me the money and dont take it from my bank for about 3 by 4 days and if its multi charges they usually dont batch them all at once to receive there money after they front me

stay calm they get enough fee to do it right respectively rockycatt

received message from Ewallet... they said they had "technical problems" with withdrawal request for dates of Nov 27 - nov 30th,,, said it should be resolved in 1-2 business days... ( that was as of monday) now wed... but they will not guarantee it... could be more than 2 days,,, but did not say when... i withdrew before with them and never had problems... this time getting no answers... and no emails

well it seems more interesting [at they whats going on level] so if you can get your money reversed back into the account posibly you can work somthing out from there

keep very close to the progress and keep us all up dated good luck

any other players or aff's please chime in this seems to be a fair concern

hi rocky ..got off phone with them... they said they had a problem with "their bank" and supposedly resolved this morning... now saying i should receive either tomorrow or 2 business days from now ( friday).... they also said they cannot put funds back into my account... nor change status from complete to pending ............let you know results

hi rocky..... i finalllllllllllly received my payment from ewallet this morning....... yahoooooooooo..... i am dissapointed in the way they handles things.. by giving me the run around and all the vague answers regarding my withdrawal.... i've used ewallet for a couple of years... and never had a problem with deposits or withdrawals before.... and they usually were helpful.... this time was totally different...i'll be alot more wary of them now on... it would have been nice if they were upfront... and said they were having problems with their bank... instead of no further information..,,,i thank you for your comments and concern... have a happy holiday

I'm glad you finally received your money. In the passed I have had other problems with ewallet, that was a long time ago, everything has been ok since then. I think they have a new manager.

go.. fo what it's worth us being in the states and them serving us consider
giving them the benefit because under the circumstances I'm very
shure that there very tuned in to security [i mean it could be a plant looking to gain info on there operation methods,]



fact is that they paid you speaks volumes i think .

its our messed up regulations i my self told a cc company when i was being investigated because i was doing business in dubai to the mail me a letter stating that they refuse to do business in that country or zip it

so ill donate all the rope it takes to hang the fockers that are trying to make this country a dictatorship

Well eWalletExpress is a good option especially if you don't want the hassle of having multiple accounts to handle your online gaming. In other words if you want to use your normal checking account and just have it come as a casual ACH then eWalletExpress. Otherwise if you don't mind jumping through the hoops of getting something like a Wired Plastic or a bank with a direct wire number. Then I would totally skip this option as a whole in my opinion. I personally am not a fan of the steep fee's either, but if you think about it. If you go funding a prepaid card you pay anywhere from as little as $3 up to sky's the limits to load the card anyways, or if you use your personal card but want the transaction masked by QT. You pay a 5% QT fee. So in the end for the convienance to the US player to be able to play online we are basically stuck paying some sort of fee in the end. The only thing that gives me pause for thought on EWX is the fact that they put a 10 day hold on withdrawals. I mean 10 days is almost like waiting for a wire from a normal online casino. Which to me seems rather lengthy considering they should have the money to cover your withdrawal so it should be practically instant. Unless if there favoring the casinos but having the player get fed up and reverse the withdrawal and blow it back into the casino. Anyways I'm sure I've ranted enough.

if your referring to a delay ? well when i load they take sometimes up to 5 days to draw from my bank while they instantly front me the$$

remember the stink called check kiting were the banks in the usa were holding all the money just long enough to get short term interest from it to keep for them selves apart from fees
