hi there,
just was wondering if anyone in USA is having problems getting paid from EWALLET EXPRESS.. I made a request for withdrawal of funds November 23, 2009... they said it would take 10 days to process... it finally showed on my Ewallet account that my withdrawal of funds cleared and my funds would be in my bank by 12/4/09 ,they also made sure their fee of $150.00 was taken... I called Ewallet to verify that transfer was done and money was forwarded to my bank. they said it was done and money should be in my bank... and probally the bank did not credit my account yet.... it's now monday 12/7/09, i called bank and they have no pending deposit from EWALLET./ I called Ewallet three times,,getiing a nice run around from them with no answers!!! first time they said there was a problem with the transfer and they would send it to there finance deposit and put a rush on it and that they have received a several calls today with same problem.. they could not transfer me to the "finance Department" nor give me any other information.... i called later in the day to reach their finance department... and i was told no one was in... no voice mail to transfer to and no information about when i would get my money... i called back... and now they say it will take 2 business days.... this transaction is showing complete on Ewallet side and their fee was taken immediately.... i just was wondering is anyone else having problems getting their money fropm EWALLET EXPRESS... it's $1,500.00 !! thanks for any help you can offer
