Seems i won a fairly good amount of money at a casino guess which one lol now it has been 60 days and still no pay.How can you trust these third party places like these wallets to help you? They wont even do anything its basically your fault for trusting one of there merchants and you lose out. My bank told me i had an option to refuse to pay my charges for 60 days prior which i went ahead and did.I figured since nobody would help me casino locked my account and the ewallet seemed like they didnt care. Whats the only way i could survive not getting ripped off by doing what i felt was right. Why should i lose my deposits plus my winnings thats a huge kick in the gonads. :(

So, am I reading that you are going to do a chargeback and forfeit your winnings and ruin your relationship with your ewallet? Why not just out the casino and see if some external pressure will help get them to pay. You didn't play at one of Virtual's places, did you? When a casino gives you the high hard one and you can't get it resolved, ya gotta tell people so they don't fall in too.

Edit: looks like you already did the chargeback. Now it would seem you have shot yourself in the groin.

Ive been trying for days and weeks to resolve this but casino says in time were having problems right now.Plus the wallet should be responsible in a way its there merchant whos screwing there customers. Why should i get ripped off. why should i win then deposit more end up losing that then not get my winnings im double fucked then.Im not going to let my money go bye bye and just walk away.Ive done that to many times over the years its time i take a stand.

I don't know why you are blaming ewallet for a rogue casino...
I played at a virtual group casino and it was over 1 month and was not getting paid. As soon as I posted here at CM, I received some help and was paid within 48 hours...

Actually, it's an interesting question. I use Ewalletexpress and am their customer. The casino is a merchant. So what rights would I have if a casino refused to pay out?

Way back when, I think it was Neteller that acted like the casinos were the customers. I had one casino pay me too much one time and they were able to remove the additional funds without going through me to contact Neteller. Really showed how little control I had of my account...

I discussed this awhile back, but you get flamed here.

That's why I don't use ewallets, and only just use credit card.

Such better protection against fraud casinos.

Oh, I'm from Ohio too lol.

Maybe it's an Ohio thing.

Your exactly right theres nothing you can do only your bank get get the money back why should i get screwed by there merchant isnt the merchant suppose to be reputable and try to work this out.No they dont help you at all then the ewallet says to bad.Its there merchant who has a contract with them they should be responsible to some degree not let casinos rip people off. Then they dont drop them they just let them do it again and again like its a game spin the wheel around it goes which casino it stops at nobody knows some will get paid some will not to bad for you you might get scwat.

It would be great to start a Ewallet company. Nail the customer with ridiculous deposit and withdrawal fees and hit the casinos with fees.

They must be making a killing...
