Evolution live games query/advise needed

Hi all,

A question which i would like some insight/views on.

I was playing evolution live roulette. The Table clearly said it was a £2 - £2000 max.

I was staking the max per number of £100 and was betting around £400 per hand. Mainly around 0 neighbours.

I then increaesed my bet with £100 on 0 and £200 0/3 split which put the total bet over £500 which triggered a error message saying i have reached my player limit per bet, therefore my bet was rejected. But hang on.. the table said £2000 max and £100 per number.... So why do I have a £500 cap?

And guess what. 0 rolled in on that spin. Now my issues are.

1. Where has this £500 cap come from? It says £2000 on the table. If i knew i had a £500 cap I wouldn't of gone over it ?!?!

2. I missed out on £7200 due to this issue.

3. If i kept my previous bet without going over £500 I had £100 and £100 split on 0/3 so £5400 I've missed because of this issue.

The said casino has been contacted and looking into it, and is a top 10 casino here. But obviously i wanted some advice from you guys. What's my chances of something being done ?

Possibly something to do with effectively having £200 on 0 when the max is £100? I'd be frustrated too but you've probably no chance of having anything done about it whatever happened. Casinos tend to stonewall this kind of thing in my experience

I get you, but i had £150 on it prior to raising to £200 with the split. It wouldn't allow me to put more than £100 straight up.

The issue and I'm almost certain is a £500 cap.

If that is the case then it's pretty poor from the casino, however if the bet was rejected they'll have little evidence of the bet you tried to place and will probably cite that reason for not reimbursing you. I'd be livid, mind.

Yea, the sick thing is it happened again a few hours later... But surely that's my own fault for going over the £500 when i knew £500 triggered a error.

Fingers crossed the 'reptubale top 10 casino's come up good.

In the mean time Id appreciate some more comments/views.

Anyone else able to help out here or share your thoughts ?

I think we need to hear what the casino has to say for themselves. Until then, anything said is going to be guesswork at best.

I would however be interested to know, whether the straight up max bet for one number includes other bets partially covering the same number.

The casino is Trada casino and quite possibly the best customer service I've received.

Seems there is a issue with a £500 limit which shouldn't be there. I'm sure other casino's wouldn't of paid as the bet was not officially placed.

So i highly recommend Trada to anyone.

We have found the issue and increased the limits accordingly, therefore you will be able to bet what is advertised on that table from now on.

Thats the way to handle issues when they come up so long as the problem is legitimate. Always good to see the casino being pro active in this way.

Kudos to Trada casino for this :thumbsup:
