I have notified the casino representatives by e-mail that I will post complaints. I have not contacted them through Casinomeister since I can not find them in the list of casino reps.

I was really lucky in this casino cashing out €7000 from a deposit of €150 with a 200% bonus.

Unfortunately my luck turned into a nightmare. It took one month of hassles to get any payment at all from the casino, and when I finally did they only paid me €1485, and thus stole almost 80% of my winnings!!

The bogus reason for stealing my money is their rule 13.5 (well hidden and not included in their bonus terms) which states:
"13.5. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 10 times the player's last deposit amount. Any additional winnings will be removed upon processing the withdrawal."

Notice that this is NOT a rule limited to bonuses. They do in fact give themselves the "right" to steal money from ANY winners, including jackpot winners!

So in essence, if someone would win a jackpot at this scam-casino they can decide to steal the jackpot that was originally financed by OTHER casinos and put the jackpot in their own pockets!

If I do not get the money I am owed by this casino, not only will I contact authorities, but I will also let the software providers such as NYX and Thunderkick know about their way of stealing players funds.

this is a truly horrible rule and should result in the said casino going straight in the rogue pit.

I note also that if you have a deposit limit, then any withdrawal amount more than 5 times the limit is 'returned to you account'. Never seen that before.

They are from aff program AFF power - Im know they brands ( Comic Casino - Deuce Club + now Osiris Casino Euro Moon and new Atlantic Casino ) form unethical practice like - ofered time to time free money for new players / or old players

- Example they often offered 10 free spins in choosed slots ( some slots have minimum stake 2.5€ per spin - so sometimes basicly 10 free spins no deposit worth 25€

- Next they set up wagering in free money to x 40 or x 50 - Winings from free money max cashauts 100€/200€ ( and live support confirmed after finish wagering from free money player can withdrawal all winings).

But need make minimum deposit 50€
to be eglible make withdrawal winings from free money. After player make this wagering and got 100€ max cashauts from free money - make deposit 50€ and try withdrawal - they always change rule and say ok Now your 100€ winings from free money its your addtional bonus you got 100€ and 50€ deposit you have 150€ now and need make wagering again all amount to be eglible make withdrawal.

So all this group use often unethical practice .

I wonder they have same hidden rulez with max cashauts 10 x deposit with all their brands with other welcome bonus .( Comic Casino - Deuce Club + now Osiris Casino Euro Moon and new atlanticcasinoclub)

Also for everyone thinking of playing here keep in mind that when you deposit with for example Skrill, you get 15% deposit method bonus. So this 15% from your deposit lets say from 100€ is 15€ which is separately under the 30% betting rule. So i got in total of 215€ bonus but was not allowed to bet higher than 4.50€ because of that 15€ additional bonus. The price of learning this was 2701.98€ winnings cancelled due to some 6.25€ bets i made. Rules are rules but this is some tricky s**t.

I would question if this term was hidden or not. An example of a hidden term is when the term can't be found with reasonable effort. If it was not hidden then some of the responsibility must fall upon OP.

I would question if it's a reasonable term in the first place. There must be some limit on what T&C a casino has or we would see terms like; "If you win a jackpot we will not only rob you but come and burn down your house." Even if it's clearly spelled out to the user, T&C are more complicated than just a contract between the user and the casino.

IMO it is both hidden and clearly unreasonable.

Hidden because it is not included in the bonus terms, even though it is of extreme importance for anyone considering accepting a bonus there.

Unreasonable because:
*You can't limit winnings wo a bonus being issued.
*You can't steal jackpot winnings from other casinos players.

Both cases where any serious licensing juristiction would interfer.

It disgusts me how most affiliate sites won't mediate if a casino has a T&C covering the issue. Would they refuse if the "winnings" was limited to 1*deposit as well? What about 0*deposit? Or a rule saying that playing any game is in violation of the rules?? Or rules like the one you mentioned, "By playing in our casino you accept that we own your children".

Did you get the option to accept or not accept this bonus? If they "forced" this additional bonus on you I think this is ALSO totally unreasonable.

I have tried to see if there was somekind of statement of this but havent found any way to check it. If i remember correctly the bonus came as " forced" but cant be sure.
