Eurolinx removal from Accredited List

Admin note

Removed the specific US Fed court documentation to protect the player's identity.

Side note - if you want to stay anonymous in Cyberland, stay off the message boards.

I removed Eurolinx from the accredited section because they did not provide me with evidence that these wires were processed. I don't believe the wires were initiated. This is an issue that I've requested their software provider to look into since it's beyond my realm.
Do you expect to hear back from Microgaming on this issue, and if you do, will you be reporting anything back here?

Hmmmm, Eurolinx giving players the run around again... Might be something to watch for.

Have you come here because of the recommendation of the last poster to that thread on twoplustwo?

I had a look, and it seems that players are getting paid, but those delays are HUGE, and looks very much like they are juggling their cash.

Given MGS's "you're on your own" approach to the TUSK poker skins, the behaviour of Eurolinx in refusing to communicate about this issue is going to cause them problems.
If they have that MGS casino, that would be less of a worry.

I am the last poster :).

This is just concerning to me as some of my bankroll is at this site. They need to say larger xfers may take longer or something to that effect instead of giving the run around to the players.

Lydia or someone at Eurolinx has always come through for me before when I had problems though. I assume it is just liquidity problems, but like you said after the whole MGS thing one never knows.

You could try PM'ing her through here, but she hasn't been here since May 8 by the looks of it. I seriously hope all you guys get your money, that's alot of cash we're talking about (I glanced at the 2+2 thread). If the issue carries on with no resolution or contact, I would suggest that those waiting for payment use the PAB service here, and see what Max and/or Bryan can find out.

This is the worry. They should be all over this issue before it blows up in their faces, yet at such a time of strife, it seems all persons responsible for communication have gone missing.

Unfortunately, the MG casino is a "casino within poker", rather than a stand alone casino, otherwise I would have suggested this (may be useful in future).

Transfer everything into the MGS CASINO, leaving the poker skin empty. So far NO PLAYER has lost funds in an MG CASINO that has gone bust, but as shown in the TUSK case, this does NOT apply to poker skins.

In the TUSK case, the CASINOS were transferred to Casino Rewards, and players eventually got access to 100% of what they had in the casino, however, poker players may only get a fraction back, and may have a long wait even for this.

If Eurolinx are NOT doing any "juggling", or having liquidity problems, they really should start communicating with players, affiliates, and forums where they have a presence.

Eurolinx Lydia informed me via PM (on 2p2) she no longer works for Eurolinx.

That is really bad news Blue Control. Thanks for updating us. Bryan is on holiday right now, but hopefully we can remember to update him on this as well.

How are your mates at 2+2 coming along with their cashouts...any progress? Or are things still stalled? Please remind anyone who is still having problems that this site offers a PAB (Pitch A Bitch) service, free of charge. Just ask them to read the rules before they make any posts, etc.

It looks like players are finally starting to get their withdrawals.

Eurolinx has said its down to processor problems. Hopefully thats true.

Eurolinx Out of Business---Turns out to be HUGE SCAM

Amazing how Eurolinx goes from a top rated, accredited casino (here on the CM site), then downgraded, after my fiasco in 2008, to turning out to be a full blown Ponzi scheme.

The irony of it all----I win the 2008 Evil Player award for my interaction with this highly touted and well respected site, and, the 2009 Evil operator, IMHO, should go to Eurolinx.

Many casino go from good to bad over time (change in management, change in policies, etc). Some even go from bad to good. What a casino is today doesn't necessarily have much at all to do with who they were a year or two or ago, hence the downgrades.
