Just want to tell you about the good experiences I've had here.
I won over $2000 on my first deposit and expected to have problems cashing out. Sent in my docs and received my winnings within a couple of days! Have had several wins since then and all have been deposited directly to my bank with no problems.

Thanks for the welcome. My experience at Euro Palace hasn't all been rosy - I've lost money on weekends reversing withdrawals . Sure wish they would process payments every day but the lack of willpower is my fault, not theirs.

i did ok in past

had a ok run there a long time ago did like them but once ownership changed wagering chanced and the whole 50x puts me off abit
also the offers where not as good and support become terrible compared to what it used to be

On Euro Palace's TOC, it states that bonus wagering is 30 times the bonus amount. I have managed to get through it twice so I figure it is 30X.

I liked Euro Palace myself. I sure do miss them.

Made a first deposit of £150 with 100% bonus and cleared the WR of 40 times the bonus for a cashout of £400.

Then from the loyalty points I built up during the WR (it was only about £8 worth I think?), I turned that into a second cashout....for £150.

Made two smaller deposits after that but didn't win. But still, I really enjoyed my brief time there. The same would apply to 7 Sultans and Platinum Play where I also finished in profit. Even the two where I wasn't in profit (Royal Vegas and Vegas Palms) were highly enjoyable. I should have been in profit at both of those two as well, but ill discipline (you're not alone katiebean) got the better of me on a couple of occasions

All in all, my brief time at Fortune Lounge (about 8 months in total) was a fun time.

Unfortunately, the place where I got migrated to (Spin Casino) is a very poor outfit that seriously needs to get it's act together. 50 times wagering requirements are highly unattractive. Support seem out of their depth and disorganised. I hope it is a case of early teething troubles due to the migration, but I remain somewhat unconvinced of their ability to step up their game.

I did appreciate Fortune Lounge while I was allowed to play there. Now that I am no longer allowed to, I appreciate them even more.
