Good evening,

IMO, online casinos should be like any respectable company respond to requests from customers. Unfortunately this casino ignored my request and also the lawsuit in Germany. Now the enforcement of the judgement will be done with European enforcement order in Malta ( see attachment)

Sorry, but this is not the way customer complaints should be treated.

Ok. Care to share any details and/or translate your attachment?

Hello, the content is not relevant. Fact is that this provider does not respond to complaints.

Today I received a court letter with the note "Refused" with regard to a mail item (addressed to this online casino)

To reject mailings, will not help the casino at all. In the end there will only be more costs.

@any representative of boss casino: freel free to comment. Seems that this will be a long lasting case.

That's because the casino probably doesn't have a physical office or personnel in Malta, they are likely just to have a mail drop and the people are located in Israel or Ukraine, Russia etc. This actually happened in the UK where a forum member sued EveryMatrix and won due to non-response, and despite the UKGC's rules stating a licensee should have a physical presence. EM actually claimed they didn't need to respond because they weren't a physical UK entity lol...

Excuse me if wrong, as I'm far from fluent in german.

But as far as I can tell this is from the german lower court, amstgericht. Not an European Union ruling.

And the case itself is you betting above the allowed maximum?
