Irregular as in fraudulent or unlawful gameplayWhat is the definition of irregular play?

Damn, i thought you have said 'it's winning'
I'll put my 43 pitchforks away for the day
Deposit+bonus * 35 is the same as deposit * 70 or bonus * 70 in this case, so no it's not inaccurate at all.I saw it thank you for sharing it @sapit222 . After assessing such promotion and reflecting your angle on this scenario, we understand it is the same thing if you say: (deposit + bonus) * 35 which is (100 + 100) * 35 = 7,000. It is exactly the same thing to say 100 *70 = 7,000
So in other words, stating that the deposit has to be played through 70 times is inaccurate. What is the accurate thing to say is (deposit + bonus) * 35
Yet we understand this bonus are not what you have expected and rest assured it will be addressed for potential improvements.
Best,
It is, if it's a 100% bonus (which that one was).Deposit+bonus * 35 is the same as deposit * 70 or bonus * 70 in this case, so no it's not inaccurate at all.
listen to this and chillDeposit+bonus * 35 is the same as deposit * 70 or bonus * 70 in this case, so no it's not inaccurate at all.
I wouldn't have said the same thing about a 50% bonus, I'd have been harsher in my wordingIt is, if it's a 100% bonus (which that one was).
But they like to quote it as (deposit + bonus) x 35 because x 35 looks better than x 70
and especially on a 50% bonus where it would be x 105 deposit (or bonus).
x 35 looks better than x 105
Actually, I got it slightly wrong.I wouldn't have said the same thing about a 50% bonus, I'd have been harsher in my wording
This point still standsActually, I got it slightly wrong.
100% bonus with (D+B)x35 would be 70 x Bonus (or 70 x Deposit)
50% Bonus with (D+B)x35 would be 105 x Bonus (But Not 105 x Deposit)
But the point still stands. Quoting (D+B)x35 looks better to the unwary.
Wednesday reload bonus. The people that come with this rules are the biggest tyrants in the industry. Shame on you.
I noticed it differs every week. Sometimes no cap. Now again this week deposit 100 get the max bonus of 50 euro only to be left with 200 euro (if you are extremely lucky to wager all those thousands) to withdraw. Lmfao
Just don't use any bonuses then energycasino is just fine.

Proved to be valuable? I have never made a withdrawal and all my deposits from the years were losses and never complained and I still play with your outfit but will never ever take such bonuses. It's just extremely bad and that is a fact. Nothing emotional about this. I just said that your outfit is fine but these offers are not only an insult to any player but also unethical in my honest opinion. We have multiple offers pretty much every day and this specific one has been set at that amount as it is considered sustainable at the present moment. Customers from "safe markets" or that have proved to be "valuable" get better offers but Mass Market are designed this way to protect the business overall.
Thanks everyone for your input we will certainly keep it in consideration, critical objections are imperative as it is the only path for consistent and proactive enhancements of our offerings.
Being honest, there is no need to get emotional while elaborating such fair angles @JohnSnow I'm on your side mate.
Have a nice evening all,
understandable point though. In my opinion there are many casinos in this forum who also offer pretty lame targeted bonuses like Slotsmillion or Karl Casino for example, but I believe we cannot always blame casino reps for fuckups tho. anyhow I hope you are taking notes and reporting this to responsible lads in your organization @MarcoEnergyProved to be valuable? Not one single person who actually understands the terms fully well would take this bonus except maybe extreme low rollers. Also i am complaining about particular bonuses with these terms not all. Just two days ago I was granted 20 euro free bonus which was awesome.
Try to recognize the fact that everyone here thinks the same about such bonuses and pass it through your superiors. It's a win win in the long term. Or like I said don't even offer these bonuses, because the maximum bonus of 50 euro requires a deposit of 100 euro which makes it 3750 euro to wager only to be able to cash out 200.
Do you realize that once a player manages to wager this much at one point they have a much higher balance? So you deposit 100 to have a chance (if you are lucky) to win a maximum of 200 euro and the rest would be forfeited. I have nothing more to say about this matter it is up to the management of energycasino. I rest my case.
And once again there is nothing wrong with your casino except (bonuses with these kind of limits). I know this is not up to you personally but I am hoping you can play a key role towards the management. I'm glad you are on my side mate. Cheers.
Thank you for your feedback @4048 - we lock bonuses to specific providers due to the way certain bonuses are produced through an easy setup being attached to the provider's mechanism for a more flexible rewarding/deducting system. So I logged in on Energy Casino yesterday and found 10 FS - which was a nice surprise. Even better was it when I won €15 on the initial 10 fs, and built this up to €90.
So then, just as I have grown tired of PNG and wish to change provider, I realise that I can't. Engage a series of unfortunate events and PNG randomness and what feels like 90 spins later it's gone.
I'm not here to complain about the FS or the lost bonus or whatever, but why o why do you lock bonuses to specific providers? This brought up memories of other Energy Casino bonuses I have seen and never accepted, because they are provider locked until wagered. Is there any reason behind this?
Can you sort me any free spins on my energy account please? been with you guys for at least 10 years now Possibly longer. I remember when all that was on there was Microgaming :OThank you for your feedback @4048 - we lock bonuses to specific providers due to the way certain bonuses are produced through an easy setup being attached to the provider's mechanism for a more flexible rewarding/deducting system.
However, we do have various promotions from time to time not subject to any particular game provider.

Understood, though I really think you should look into integrating the freespins in a way where you're not provider locked, it's not the best user experience.Thank you for your feedback @4048 - we lock bonuses to specific providers due to the way certain bonuses are produced through an easy setup being attached to the provider's mechanism for a more flexible rewarding/deducting system.
