There is nothing wrong about that, but you forgot to mention that our support team was always trying to help you and they always credited you no deposit bonuses. I see that in total you received no deposit bonuses 12 times plus you had the chance to opt in for reload bonuses and slot tournaments. (The total list was sent by me via pm few days ago when you had contacted me)I am so sorry if you feel that we dont respect you enough, but you have to understand that we cant offer no deposit bonuses in a daily basis. Our support team always tries to help you but they have limited possibilites just as me when it comes about free bonuses. I understand that you are mad after some unlucky game session, its completely out of our control... it is all about luck.

Think the OP needs to chillax on asking for hand outs and understand that gambling is all about luck. And should not be a measure of making a judgement call on a casino. Its been said a million times the payouts on slots of the same name / brand are exactly the same regardless of casino!

I do stand to be correct in my 1st reply I said I do not play there, When Norbert stated, weekly reload bonus and double energypoints It rang a bell so looked and see I signed up and made a small deposit in March,

The reason I have not played since is the reward structure for my limits is no good, Im not saying its not a good casino, Far from it as it is a good one, But there are a lot of casino that cater for different budgets, If your a big spender than the points can add up for this site

You want free chips? Go to club world. I lost $200 bucks there ($2500 total since joining) they always give you free chips..but dont expect to win lol.

Anyways....I lost $200 last week and they gave me a total of $100 free chips

I never get free chips in land based casinos....I guess you can collect points but pretty crappy return. You dont see people lining up complaining about free chips there...so why is this different? Cause its online!? No!

It is always painful when going through some bad runs and I honestly empathise with your frustration here Gemma. Had a few awful downward spirals myself recently.

I wonder if you have fallen into the same trap I did recently where you just feel your luck "has" to change for the better and deposit more and more to no avail. It's so easy to do.

I'm probably not the best person to give advice as I have failed to heed my own at times but I try my hardest to ensure that any losses I suffer give me an adequate amount of fun/entertainment in the process.

Instead of speeding up play.... Chasing losses....raising bets etc I now limit amount of spins when on a bad roll. This prevents a downward spiral for me.

One way of looking at it is that if you are extremely lucky at any casino you (or indeed I) wouldn't wish to comp them and say "hey I just won £200.... Just give me £180 as your casino has made a loss out of me today"

This is my philosophy.

Sometimes I'll even limit amount of spins when things going bad or discipline myself to say 50 spins after watching a film, gardening, housework.

Anything to avoid that robotic clicking of spins spin spin.... Hoping and praying. You know when things are bad when you are down £100 and you hear the "fanfare" award of 2p!

Slots can be hugely enjoyable even when things going badly if you slow right down and treasure each spin and limit them (and potential loss).

I have lost a lot on some casinos n have asked them only once to comp me, betspin gave me a free tenner n i was happy with that

Videoslots refused and i wasn't overtly happy but i wouldnt stop playing there or start writing up posts after posts because they run a business n i decided to deposit there n they can refuse me any kind of bonus they like because its their business n i'm just a customer, sure it would have been nice had they given me a comp but life still goes on lol

I think u should limit ur gaming as suggested b4 because its causing u to lose ur cool which is never gr8 when gambling, maybe make smaller deposits, instead of 100 in one place, deposit 20 in 5 places with a bonus n play small bets.

There was a time when i was new and i used to deposit 100 at mostly PT casinos and used to get so angry when they used to be gone in 5 mins, it was b4 i found CM n i still remember my own rant where i couldnt get a bonus or a decent win and Nifty suggested that my bet sizes of 2.5 are too high and game choice poor(i took that advise) and seriously it improved my gaming a lot

now i bet 0.30p on mg slots whereas i use to bet 2.1-3.0 n never made a profit, now i make a profit every now n then

max bets i do would be 0.6 on 243 or 0.4-0.5 on 20/25 line slots

I had 20 quid deposit last me a week with these bets many a times
