Wow what a nasty surprise ! Doing well at Energy Casino making a withdraw of just over 300 Euros back to Skrill and they charge 10 Euros!!

Funds will be debited from your EnergyCasino account: 300 eur (fee: 10.00 eur)

Never seen such a high fee for a withdraw ever! Sure £2 or 3 max but 10 euros like 7 quid !!!!

Anyway I was only going to withdraw 300 but seeing the 10 euro fee made me mad so upped it to 330 - wont make a difference to them
but makes me feel a bit better.

Good casino but on this one in my opinion they got it wrong!

- PS Sorry if this one has already been covered before but needed to rant! Would understand if it was instant withdraws to pay such a monster charge
but last withdraw took around 9 hours. So hardly the quickest considering the likes of VideoSlots who process in minutes. Sorry but the 10 euro fee
cant be justified! - rant over :)

I've just requested 2 withdrawals, one to a visa card, which was free and one to Neteller which cost £7.50 :eek::eek::eek:

Yep I feel your pain. It sucks it really does. And sure on its own 7 or 8 quid is nowt. But it stacks up and can represent a good % of a persons initial deposit.

Basically they have charged me 10% of my deposit which was 50 euros to get my withdraw :(

And I also think this kind of info should be included in the data of the accredited reviews of each site. So a player can make an informed choice. I know they has been discussion (somewhere here on the site but cant find it yet) about what info to be included and withdraw fees if they apply - should be listed in my view.

Energies large fee inly applies to the second withdrawal in a week. The first is free. Yes it is high. (And isnt that 20%)

Was about to post this when CM went down.

From their T&C's:

e. Withdrawals of winnings or parts thereof will be paid out upon request of the player. Please note that only first withdrawal a week is free of charge. A second and every next withdrawal the same week costs a fixed fee €10. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is no less than €20 (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an account closure in which case the player has the right to withdraw the full balance no matter how much it is. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is effected by any of payment methods available on the website.

VS, CL/Next and others have similar policies only that the charges are much lower at 2.50EUR or are percentage based. And i think VS has one free/day instead of week.

EDIT: 10$ is extortion, especially if a low roller withdraws only 100$ at a time and in no way reflects the cost they have to do the transaction.

Correction - I have had to make 2 withdrawals to Visa

I originally made a deposit using Visa, and tried to split my withdrawal between visa and Neteller.
Unlike most Casinos, Energy weren't going to be that flexible. Fair enough, it is in their T&C

BUT... Rather than reverse the whole amount and ask me to withdraw to Visa, whereby I'd get a free withdrawal.

They processed the first withdrawal and reversed the second meaning a €10 withdrawal fee on the second, even though both withdrawals were going to the same place, within minutes of each other

Yes its in there terms but as you say extortion ! Anyway got my withdraw paid without problem so thanks to them for that. But wont be rushing to deposit there again

many other casinos with much lower or zero fees when you want to withdraw.

Yes, the second fee is kind of annoying. Didn't mind paying it last night for a £300+ win, however what I was really disappointed with is that the withdrawal was still not processed some 12 hours later and I had to ask chat to manually flush it, which they fair enough did for me.

For a £7+ fee you would expect some kind of service, not having to chase the money!

thats kinda strange because ive always found them to be super quick , very nice casino)

They change this 10€ fee or they lost cutomers this is easy they are good quality casino but fee is to big in web is few more good quality casino without withrawal fee to skrill or with smaler fee - like 2.5€ fee So who lose more in longer period - answer is easy - So soon they change it or just lose some part of customers.

My thoughts exactly with such a high withdraw fee the expectation is near instant withdraws - which was not the case for me. So I again have stopped playing at Energy Casino because of this.
They are a decent casino with some great games - but the withdraw fees can not be justified -especially as the withdraw times (my last one took around 12 hours) are not in line with the extortionate amount
they charge.

Hi,

Thank you for all the feedback's. This subject has been discussed already here at the forum.

True, in the period of Monday to Sunday the first withdrawal is free of charge and all the others are not. Normally, all the withdrawal requests submitted during working hours are processed quickly, not instantly, but the average pending period is under 9 hours.

I will ask the management to investigate this withdrawal fee request again. Thank you!

Norbert

Fair enough Norbert, but there is another huge trap in your withdrawal policy. The maximum you allow per withdrawal to Neteller is USD2300, hence anybody wanting to withdraw in excess of that needs to make 2 or more withdrawals in multiples of max. USD2300, forcing me as a player to pay the 10EUR fee. :what:   Not nice, to say the least

Coincidentally, that was the case for me today as i had a very nice session and had to pay the 10EUR for the 2nd withdrawal as the total amount was USD3500. The 10EUR is no biggie but pretty annoying to be honest.

Yes, charge for withdrawals but then at least let me withdraw a decent amount for my first withdrawal and not a POXY 2300 bucks which is mostly less than DOA pays on a Wild Line with a 0.90$ bet!!!

I signed up the other day, because I have been wanting to try Novomatic slots for quite some time. Signed up at Casumo last week thinking I could play them there, but apparently UK players can't? Hence why I decided to sign up at Energy as well.

So I waited until my docs were verified, only to find that my ID was rejected (first time ever, apparently it has been rejected because it is an unsigned photo ID). Good enough for everywhere else, including NETELLER. But not good enough for Energy it would seem.

Then I start hearing about ridiculous WR on bonuses. And now this.

Damn good job I didn't "charge on ahead" and make a deposit, on the assumption that my account would be fully verified in quick order, isn't it?

Makes me wonder why I bothered. Looks like I'm gonna have to sign up at Sky Vegas if I want to play Novomatic now LOL

75 x B on 50% reload bonuses mate. .. shocking

I was super lucky today to get through that but i bet not many players manage to do it. I haven't done it in the past when i took bonuses, was my first time.

Reason that i even took bonuses in the past was because i thought it was 35 x B WR, not 75 x. Will never take another bonus at Energy.

For me the wagering for a bonus should not exceed 30x (only the amount of the bonus course).
Cheers.

The second deposit of the SUB is the worst... 50% @ 30x D+B (90xB WR).
Not much of a welcome really

75 x and 90 x B is so highly - EV that it screams RIP-OFF

I agree: 30 x B is a fair offer for both player and casino.

EDIT: FYI, i do like Energy and deposit pretty regularly there, last year was about 6K but will never have a bonus there again unless they lower the WR

Hi,

Thank you for your message. I have checked your case with our Payment Department, they said that the document you have uploaded cannot be accepted by us. I understand that, other companies may have other terms but our payment department asked you for another document which contains also your signature. The player verification is a standard but an important process, you can be sure that our payment department does everything to make this as easy as possible for our customers, but they also have the right to decide what kind of documents can be accepted. They do this for players safety (+laws) and they not intend to cause any troubles or confusion.

Player's opinion are different about the bonuses. We are sorry that you don't like our promotional bonus offers, but as an alternative please check our Tournament's page. We try to entertain our customers and we always have special offers upon the standard Welcome, Reload and game of the Week bonuses.

I see that your initial plan was to test our Novomatic games. In case you registered from our CM link, please don't forget that you can request a €5 no deposit bonus from our bonus department. Terms apply (you can read them again under the link which can be found in my signature), but this gift can be used on all of our slot games, including the ones made by Greentube (Novomatic).

I am really happy that you joined EnergyCasino, I hope that one day we can satisfy all of your expectations. We continuously try to increase the quality of our services and you can be sure that all of the complaints are forwarded to the relevant departments. You can always contact me via private message or you can always share your opinion here in the forum. Our support is also available every day through e-mail, live chat or phone.

Thank you so much.

Norbert

Hi, our Payment Department confirmed that they are working on a solution which will be more convenient for all of our customers. I hope that this will be applied soon, but I will also post an update inside our main EnergyCasino thread about this.

Thank you.

Norbert

Hi Harry,

Thanks for your message. I also included this question in my report which I have forwarded to the Payments. I am sure that after the withdrawal fee question will be clarified they will take care about this subject too. Congrats on your session!
