Hi,
Final update about the withdrawal costs:
"e. Withdrawals of winnings or parts thereof will be paid out upon request of the player. Please note that only first withdrawal a week is free of charge. A second and every next withdrawal the same week costs a fixed fee €5. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is no less than €20 (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an account closure in which case the player has the right to withdraw the full balance no matter how much it is. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is effected by any of payment methods available on the website."
Many thanks for all the feedback's and for the constructive opinion. I hope that I and our team have managed to satisfy most of you, in regard of this subject.
Good luck everybody!
Norbert
I've noticed that the reload bonus wagering is now reading 30x D+B for UK players. I'm sure it was previously 25x D+B?
Apologies if I've missed something
Chris
Hi,
For UK players the wagering req. was 30x.
Norbert
Thanks Norbert. I was sure it used to be 25x, but I'm obviously mistaken.
One thing to watch out for though for players on the D+B wagering requirement, is that whatever sum you deposit whilst taking the bonus has to be wagered, even if some of the deposit does not count towards the bonus.
For example on a 100% deposit bonus offer up to £75, if you deposit £100, not only do you have to wager £75 deposit plus £75 bonus that is £150 x 30 = £4500, you have to wager the additional £25 on the deposit, therefore £175 x 30 = £5250.
I've fallen foul of this twice now, my fault because I didn't read that the maximum bonus was "100 Euros in your equivalent currency," but annoying when you lose a lot of you balance wagering that extra £25 that didn't generate a bonus! In my view the wagering on the deposit should be up to that amount that generates the bonus only.
Another annoying thing was that the spins can be quite laggy on both Netent and MG

I certainly am not going to say we are right and the rep is wrong lol, but when i read you comment about the 25x it was something that i had been thinkin of also, i felt sure that when claiming the weekly 50% reload bonus (on monday just gone i think) that it had changed from 25 up to 30 xd+b . I've used it many times over the past few months - maybe 20, despite busting all but one time. However i was just as certain as you, or as crazy.
The wayback machine gives a clue and back in 2014 it was 30x:

Maybe Norbert would confirm why the D+B wagering has gone from 20% to 30%, via it seems a while at 25% Wagering at bonus x90 is certainly not competitive in the current market.
Also it would be good to know if something could be done to ensure only the amount of the deposit that generated the bonus could be included in the wagering requirement to stop people like me that over deposit having to wager an amount of the over deposit that did not generate a bonus.
Thanks-Chris

Well it was me who started this thread and seeing as the issue seems to be full addressed the title is no longer really valid so maybe the Mods can change the title to resolved or something. Not my intention to cause you stomach cramps Norbert
