I just took the second 'CM Exclusive' SUB of 50%, assuming it was the same (pretty high) WR as the first 100%. But's even higher. it's 30x D+B.
My fault for not checking the T&C first, But that's 90xB for a 50% bonus :eek::eek::eek:

I managed 45xB before busting out.
I doubt they'll be seeing any more deposits from me. not on those terms

I want to post what happened to me to give you guys an impression about how this casino threats customers from my caliber.

I am a loyal customer but certainly not a very big depositer. I have had my days when I could afford it I deposited a few hundred untill 1k on 1 or 2 days but these were exceptional.
When I am able to I still like to play a few hundred but in general, especially in my hard times, just after the winter, I deposit around €20-€50 a week. Sometimes I even not play at all, sometimes a little bit more.
Hereby I use all the bonuses offered me I can.

Yesterday I have had a very pleasant experience which I want to share so you guys know what you can expect from Energy Casino when you are loyal and don´t make any problems.

I deposited €20 and got a 50% bonus so €30 in total.
I had planned a nice night with my girlfriend to play slots like DOA, Piggy Riches and other slots with the minumum wager to grind them out a bit and to have many hours of play if we get a bit lucky.
At a given moment I switched from DOA to Piggy Riches and meanwhile I was playing a bit with my online radio. Suddenly Piggy Riches pops up, I click a button and BAMM... a €15.00 spin. No hit and my balance from €22 to €7.

It did happen to me before and I realize very well this is the players responsability. And if I hit at that big spin I should have never contacted live support ofcourse. But yesterday I decided to contact them. I was so dissapointed and did not have the option to deposit much more.
I contacted Magda at their live support. Esplained the situation, fully aware they in no way have to refund anything. I though, maybe they give me some free psins. Anyway, I contacted them.

Now, within just a few minutes me was told they appreciate me as a loyal customer and she offered me directly to refund me the €15.00.
Now this was tecnically not possible, because I was already playing with a bonus. She told me I could come back at the chat in case I get broke and she would give me the €15.00

Well, within an hour I was broke, went to the chat and within 1 minute I had €15.00 in my account. At first I did not notice, but this €15 just had a playthrough of 15x (so I had even more chance to meet the wager requirements then with my initial bonus).

At around 1 o clock at night I made €100 of it, met the small playthrough and within 10 minutes (during the night) it was in my Neteller account! :thumbsup:

I really appreciate this a lot Energy Casino! And I wanted this to share with my fellowgamblers.
