Maybe useful to add:
Last weekend I made several Neteller deposits and one of them (€30) failed. This probably had to do with Neteller´s server being down for a while. I opened a chat with both Neteller and Energy Casino at the same time and I have to say both parties were very helpful taking their time to attend me in the live chat for about 40 minutes.

We offer our Novomatic games for more countries than they do. Irish players should be able to play on all of them, UK players can play too but there are some games from Greentube which are not available. I think the problem comes directly from the game provider, as soon as I will find out what is happening I will post here.
