Energy Casino Not providing answers to my cashout

Over 30 days ago now i withdrew £60k from Energy casino.
I consistantly check in with the chat (every 3 days usually) to check how my withdrawal is going, and the only information they can ever provide me with is
"we're currently waiting on a reply from the provider, we will allow you to know via email once we receive one" and im very frustrated.

i was referred by babyjoker to hopefully receive some help and advice, i can provide screenshots of my withdrawal and game history if that would be of any benefit, thanks for reading.
