What i dislike most is the fact that when i wanna take the 50% weekly bonus, im stuck to just 1 game at your choice ?
used to take them every week but havent touched them since you started that.

Crikey, it got a bit heated here, didn't it?

I don't like the low-RTP games, so I don't play them.

On bonuses however - some more regular no-deposit free spins offers would be nice. The likes of L&L offer them quite regularly, and while I'm unlikely to cash out from them (they're usually 10/20p spins), the do tend to keep me on the site and I'm more likely to deposit there as a result.

Also, bonuses where you want a minimum deposit to qualify - no ta. Your overall minimum deposit is a tenner, so that should be the default for most bonuses as well.

10% cashback - real cash, no quibbles.

If you don't want to take the full plunge. Do it on specific games.

I personally like deposit bonuses. Anything below 100% is not worthy.

Sometimes the playing time from those bonuses makes it all worthwhile for me, regardless of the outcome.
Do you think the playtime from bonuses is longer compared to that of a raw deposit? I personally think so, not sure how though if its all RNG

That's an interesting question and I have felt that sometimes, on more than one occasion.

I wonder though if it's somewhat subjective, cash matters more, bonus money doesn't, which might skew the way I play or create a different feel.

Agree with bamberfishcake there about the cashback :thumbsup: i dont mind the energyspins promos on weekends i do take them
as the wagering is only 15x
but all in all bring back the regular deposit bonuses :)

But whats not subjective is the amount of bonus rounds that land when playing with bonus money in regards to raw cash. Even larger base game wins which would enable the longer gameplay time. Don't look for trees when your staring through the forest ?

Your 100% reload bonus is really great but stack with 1 game only, why?

3 business days for withdrawl is unacceptable,so if i make withdrawl on Friday i will have the money on Wednesday?

For me most important thing is fast cashouts thats the reason i play in 2 casinos where their cashouts are instant.

In the spirit of this thread, Energy trying to reconnect with the CM community, I decided to reopen my account last week, to give them another go.

After chatting to one of the CS agents, and finally convincing her that I didn't exclude for gambling problems.
I was told to ring a certain number at 10:20pm, when they would 'open a line' for my call.
What's that all about? Don't they allow their customers to call them (unless they have an 'appointment')?
Can THEY not call the customer?

Anyway, I duly rang at 10:20 to be met with a recorded message saying 'this line is not accepting incoming calls at the moment' (or words to that effect)
I tried several times over the next 10 minutes. But just got the same message.

30 minutes later I received an email telling me to contact them to schedule another call.

Sorry, but I'm not that bothered about reopening my account.

joined energy on sunday deposited £200took welcome bonus went to play and only £150. because i took £25 bonus they locked £50.so played and then went onto the game to play bonus and its the only game you can plat till playthrough is done max bet £5, now luckily i noticed when increasing bet it went 1,2,3,4,6 so if i thought i was playing 5 it would have been,but i noticed it and went down to £4.made the playthrough and withdrew £500 which went into my account on wednesday. deposited another £100 (no bonus taken) on tuesday had some good wins and withdrew £750 and they took £4 something as a charge.i left myself £200 to play. now i have had the question wheres your money coming from and withdrawal is still in pending till docs supplied, but let me deposit £200 today.i am thinking of telling them my money comes from you deposited and won.so now i might not be depositing again.

full filled my obligation sent all docs answered all questions all ok, and withdrawal hit bank straight away so no problems with that. and did not have to use your name.

Amazing to se energy interacting again on this community I have to say this new rep has strong convictions and big plans to somehow add value to this forum. I barely have experience with your bonuses and promotion so I can’t object on the matter at issue but I will certainly be playing here more often. Keep it up🤞
 
Yeah do not think i have an account at Energy if I do i have never used it.

But it is good to see a Rep involved with the community and actually looking like he is wanting genuine feedback to make his casino better and more competitive.

Hope to see you stick around tho I know at times it can be hard for Reps on here as sometimes they get unnecessary abuse and treated like they are members skivvies.

Oh how I long for the day a Rep would turn around to some members and go will you just F*ck right off lol. Probabky will never happen but be good to see.
