Hi @DreamRJ - My apologies if my answer came out in a harsh way under your perception. My sole intent was to give my perspective based on pragmatic experience. ;)

I respect your view and won't dispute it.

Have a good day.

That's an interesting point @johnnymcc1966 - Yet I worked at one these operators and I have to object that is not totally correct based on experience. Yes they do have sophisticated systems in place, and yes they are on top of the game due to longer presence in the industry - But if you believe 100% of transactions are "instantly" approved, with all due respect, you will have to refresh your extracted sources. If you understand todays banking system, you will realize once a withdrawal is approved it passes through a number of financial ledgers/procedures in order to land on the designated e-wallet, acquiring/issuing bank, etc.

Based on that it is safe to say our withdrawals are also approved "instantly". But we tend to keep a realistic time frame which is why we always advise 3 banking days.

Not to mention the KYC factor, or withdrawals on weekends, which can alter the duration of such transactions to land.

Hope this information is useful to you and the rest of the members!

Out of those I mentioned,I found LeoVegas to be the slowest(I have self excluded from them due to lower RTPs at the moment) as for the others,if they aren't pretty much approved straight away then somebody better tell their withdrawals department that their operators keep putting withdrawals in my account within a very short space of time and barely over 20 minutes. L and L are quite slow by today's standards but withdrawals are usually in the account withing 12-24 hours maximum. I simply don't know anywhere where I've had to wait more than 24 hours in the last couple of years.

Can I say that party casino is a under estimated casino. Withdraws to paypal have gotten quicker their too recently. I play there on occasion and they now process them within about 4 hours in the past it used to be 24 hours.

But Pokerstars and Videoslots are the main 2 I play at where withdraws are practically instant.

I've never understood the obsession with instant withdrawals.
I'm quite happy to wait for 12, 24 or even 48 hours. I don't NEED to have the money instantly.

I'd say. If you can't afford to wait for a withdrawal, maybe you can't afford to play in the first place
Good for you,but I'd rather have my winnings as soon as possible. Although there is very little of that nowadays.

I wouldn't say its an obsession, just a more realistic expectation, I never need the money straight away but that don't stop me wanting it in a very similar time frame to if i play at a land based casino for example, there's a big difference between wanting and needing.

Lets face it, if you went to a land based casino and they told you to wait 24hrs+ or to have to go back the next day or two for your winnings you wouldn't want to play there would you?

I might have a problem with the inconvenience of having to return to the land-based casino to collect my winnings.
But if they said they'd pay the winnings into my bank the next day, and it was a casino I trusted, then I wouldn't have a problem with it.

In fact, at a land-based casino, that would be the safer option. Rather than being seen leaving with a wad of cash, becoming a potential mugging target.

I think Energy are not doing themselves favours here anyway - the three working days thing is their aim, but they're often quicker. Next working day isn't uncommon.

They take their time, but at least we know they pay. And usually quicker than they say they will.

Equally, Mr Energy disbelieving other casinos do instant payouts isn't a good look :D

If that was the times they always worked to it maybe wouldn't annoy/irk folk as much but previously, at the time you could still reverse in the UK, they were pretty fast: you'd hit w/d, went for a coffee and a smoke, come back sometimes and it'd be processed.

What is there to manually check in a 100 quid withdrawal if folk haven't used a bonus? Not much i imagine, so why do it for w/d's under a certain amount.

If you catch them at the right time, say the morning, you can sometimes have it late evening, or afternoon. Other times it's the next day - i think it's the inconsistency with places like this that is more annoying for players.

Aye. They're clearly no-longer using automated systems, or have reduced their staffing numbers. But I agree - three days is not a massive amount of time, and there's really a problem if you MUST have it quicker. Sure, it's nice to.

Are you inviting spammers to spam the heck out of your account? Or are you inviting someone to try and hack into your CM account (if that's the same email addy)? Sorry - but it's not the 1990s when this was a common thing to do. :p

Good morning @danofthewibble - Thanks for your feedback. We never disbelieved anything though.

I provide genuine feedback based on my experience as a punter, and a industry professional. As a regular Poker player (Guess where I play) there have been times I had to wait 4 DAYS for a withdrawal, which really got me displeased. And it had nothing to do with KYC or unsettled transaction.
But getting pissed off or throwing your tv out of the balcony ain't making it better.

So yeah, of course we all want instant pay-outs, who doesn't? But we don't live in a perfect and utopic globe as you already know. :)

Have an amazing start of the week all!

I am speechless I really am really. Boggles my mind.

I need to say this again. So it is like you are totally ignoring what me and others have stated and just continuing in thinking that because you work for your casino and you play at a poker site yourself and you had to wait 4 days for a WD when you could have played at POKERSTARS which has instant withdraws too. They have an automated system for withdraws too. 24/7. You seem to think because of this that it is fine and dandy and nothing is wrong and 3 days or 4 days wait time is acceptable and normal? Well I am sorry but it is not. the last few years more and more casinos are adding automated systems. Your casino is lagging far far behind, the longer it is you keep stamping your feet and holding your ground and not budging and implementing such a system in your casino is only going to drive more customers away from your casino.

It really does feel that you do not get it. "We already live in an ideal world". Some casinos already do instant cashouts. The casino you work for and some others still do not. But the majority now do have some sort of automatic withdraw system in place that automated the withdraw processing.

Just had to say this as what you said just touched a button that just forced me to reply again.

Apologies for not answering earlier @DreamRJ - I am just swamped with Monday admin work.

I respect your point and you are right about us optimizing our withdrawals. No doubt. I just gave you my honest opinion and never meant to irritate you. Yet I believe you should be keen to accepting other angles of opinions, as far as my judgement goes... don't you think?

Last but not least, thanks again for mentioning your perspective on Energy. Decision makers are also reading this, so your statement will certainly be considered/discussed.

Hope you are having a nice day so far.

Regards,

Thanks for your pragmatic suggestion, but we do need to give players a chance to complete wagering requirements and end up with withdrawable cash balance, and this is part of our core values.
Do you have an account with us @andym ? I am feeling generous today and would like to grant you a small gift.
I had one at your casino. But you already did provide me sooooooo many small gifts that my house already was completely full. So I had to close the account as Option1. (Option2 was to make my house bigger to have more space for your SuperGifts but unfortunately the ground is limited). But Thanks anyway sweety

Alright @andym - I will be here whenever you'd need assistance or just a human being to chat with. ;)

Have a nice Tuesday.
He is trolling. I hope you are not using Google translate or something. Sarcasm is a thing. What he actually meant is that your wager is way too high. Giving players a chance to win lol.

You also have max cash out of few hundred bucks on many daily deposit offers like 50% up to 100. Max cashout 200. Nobody I mean literally nobody in his or her right mind will use offers like this.

I'm sorry but no that is definitely not true. When you have max cashout of few hundred bucks on a 50% deposit offer i can't take you seriously.

There are MANY casino (groups) that offer way better promotions with NO max cashouts on deposit offers and wager is a lot less. I'm talking about groups. When talking about casino's in general there are hundreds more that offer way better promotions. You can't compete with the likes of WHG. Not in a long shot, don't even come close.

Industry standard is not 35x deposit AND bonus. I realize many casino's have this now but those can never compete with the likes of unibet, whitehatgaming, N1 group (I don't like this group but just mentioning because of the wager), leovegas, L&L and many more. Some casino's within these groups may have changed it to 35x deposit AND bonus, if that is the case they are dead to me.

Whitehatgaming also has 35x deposit and bonus (ONLY welcome offer). I got frequent 200% bonuses with 35x wager on bonus only from them. Now compare your offers to them lol. Max cashouts on deposit offers means I will never take your offer, those rules are made by some tyrant higher up the chain in your company.

I agree with @JohnSnow
Wagering a deposit + bonus really really is terrible. It's somewhat okay on 100% because at least you know it's 70x the whole thing.
However if you have a 25% bonus you would have to be insane to agree to those terms and deposit.

It would be even more fair if you changed the terms to 70x bonus.

Myself, I do not play anywhere if I am required to wager my deposit.

@helafast - I agree. This can be challenging to complete given the underlying wagering requirements. But please do note you are not forced or obliged to use this deposit bonus, and we have other tailored promotions such as weekly cashbacks, Energypoints which you can earn passively, redeem points and convert to cash or EnergySpins.

About this withdrawal topic. @brianmon - You have a point, no need to be impatient IMO. Personally I have no urge in receiving my withdrawal when I play Poker, as long as they do take my KYC seriously and it arrives in my bank/e-wallet in a timely manner.

Of course others think differently and we need to take this into consideration. Moreover, we need to meet player's expectations and ensure the processing time is reasonably rapid as otherwise everyone will start bombarding us. Right?

Have a nice weekend ahead.

It seems this is just a PR exercise. A rep comes on and asks for regular casino users to give their feedback on the rep's casino and how it can improve. The two things that keep coming back are highest RTPs and faster withdrawals,no different than many other casinos which come highly favoured by Casinomeister users. Cue rep acknowledging RTPs but putting proverbial fingers in their ears and shouting 'lalala' so as to ignore the feedback and tell the Casinomeister members that THEY are wrong and rep is correct. It seems a bit pointless if the rep is going to simply ignore the feedback and continue as is despite asking for said feedback.
